For ordering a very small pool item, your shipping charges are extremely high, more than half the cost of the item!

I did all my own research and could get a call back on a issue I had with another pump so they lost that sell and I saved money.

The had what I needed for a reasonable price. Shipping was delayed a few days but I eventually received it.

They are a mail order site that has no physical stock. You order from them and you have to wait on their suppliers to fulfil your order.

It's been easy so far. Quick responses. I received my part and exactly what i needed and works great.

The only thing that would have helped is a little more detail about the item, specifically the dimensions.
