Very professional company I ordered seven they only had four in stock so I have three on back order but they were willing to ship the four separate and then I'm still waiting on three so all in all it's all good.

I would love to receive an e-mail next April reminding me it is time to by the Instant Frog. We forget every year until the renters are having problems.

Fast response. Everything came quickly. Was just as I expected and ordered. I do wish someone would have told me to turn the old nozzle clockwise to remove it.

Needed parts no spa place around could find my parts, and there you were.parts showed up on the time and date the conformation e mail said it would.can't ask for any thing better than that!

Extremely helpful staff. Asked a question and received an answer from Lisa within minutes. As a result I have ordered the items in question. Happy I found this web site. Thank You

Online said it had 4 light color lenses but only had three. It's fine though Bc they did what I needed. Not sure what happened to the amber light cover. I'm guessing it was discontinued?

A reputable/reliable company! When there was an issue with my order, they reached out to me immediately and refunded the price of the item that was back ordered/out of stock.

I'm sure you're a great company, but if you don't have a part in stock, say that on your website. Don't sell someone a part, leave them hanging for weeks, and never ship anything.

So far looks good great price shipping is pricey for such a small item

Received item ordered on Friday the 5th arrived on Saturday the 13th so not to bad if shipped usps priority flat rate shipping would have been faster and cheaper but I give this company and item two thumbs up thanks so much

The website was easy to navigate, but communication after purchase was terrible. Item arrived after I finally got a response to an email asking if it had shipped.

I was trying to give you a call to order the impeller, however, none was listed. It told me you are strictly an on line sales entity, and not a retail store.

Your site does not give a search box to enter a part name or number. A search box would have saved me more than an hour looking through all your pumps to find the one i wanted

One item was exactly what I needed; however, the 2nd item that was sent as a replacement part which did not fit, and needed to be returned...still waiting for the return # & instructions.

Great website for quickly navigating, and the items I ordered arrived sooner than than expected. Overall great experience and I'll definitely order pool supplies from Wild West in the future.

Was very happy to get just the part I needed without having to buy a a whole new piece! Savers $$$!
