I have been working with Lisa Jones and she has helped me very much. I wouldn't have bought this stuff had it not been for her!
Unfortunately, my products are not correct. Not the fault of WildWest, just the age of my Hot tub.
I am going to try to modify them to see if I can get some use of the cushions.

Quick and easy ordering and the part I needed was in stock where many other places were on OOO or backordered. Price was also very competitive and free shipping was actually reason chose Wild West as this beat out the competition.

Easy to order, but delivery time was slow. Wasnt even shipped out for several days.
I emailed to find out about the staus of my order. They responded but no real explanation or apology. Seemed like the order was only shipped because i complained about it

I was slightly miffed that my first order was cancelled abruptly with no explanation. Then I checked on the website and noticed that the soda ash I ordered must have run out of stock AFTER my order was placed. So I gave a pass on that for obvious reasons.

Shopperapproved, you might want to supply the name of the product you are asking about in your email. I have bought several things related to my spa in the last few weeks. I was not sure which one this survey was asking about. Next time the name of the product is omitted, I will not take your survey.

Ok, except I received a facebook message with offer of a further 5% off my order - but was notified that the promo code could not be applied to my order when I tried... I still went through with the order as I had intended to purchase anyway before the 5% offer, but was puzzled that the offer was not honored...

This purchase is an exact match for an item we broke. I looked far and wide for it, and finally found it on Wild West. Great selection of parts, great prices, and an easy-to-use website - couldn't ask for more.

I had a PayPal payment not go through but it did on the PayPal end. Then I had had to repurchase with a CC direct. Paid for expedited shipping and it was sent USPS first class and it took a week to get delivered.
In the end I was refunded the money but was delayed 10 days on my project.

1st, I kept trying to communicate with your online support and that was a waste. Would not answer my questions. 2nd, you don't offer express delivery. The idea I ordered was for our inground pool heater and needed it asap, which didn't receive until 3wks. You not to offer some different options of delivery. Give the customer a choice, I would have paid more for express delivery...

I had ordered this item a few months back but I kept getting email giving me a shipping date but never received. So I had cancelled the order & then received an email give me a $5 credit on my next order for my troubles but when I got an email today from Lisa saying they had received 3, I was so happy so I immediately placed the order again. So I hope I get the item this time.
