Website is set up great and price was reasonable as well. Only problem I had was the product was marked in stock which it was not and I was not informed nor did I get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. I found this out when I called after 7 days.
I was happy with both items ordered and the delivery was as stated, "Can't get any better than that"

Confused with what is in picture on Fulton kit compared to items included.
Was looking for a specific boat fender. They had the exact one I was looking for which saved me a lot of money. I was even able to use an online coupon which saved me extra. Great company, fast service and excellent products.
Please cancel this order. I will replace this order with the burner control valve for the 18" Magma grille.

Very efficient website and check out process. Items arrived in a timely manner. One of the parts I ordered was defective, with a crack in the plastic water pump housing. The other parts were in good shape.

I went online and you said if I signed up for emails I would get a $10 discount coupon--No coupon showed up in my email.
I then went to Retailmenot coupon and received a 10% coupon of all orders but this one did not apply! There was no condition that it didn't apply to everything (eg not sale items)
Seriously?! Seems like a bait and switch to me.
PS, I did by the tank as I need the tank but seriously will consider future orders.

Site was easily navigable. Had almost everything I needed. Did not have enough spark plugs in inventory.
We ordered $1,200 worth of product. It was suppose to ship in 7-10 days (don't buy into the same day shipping slogan they preach). They charged me the same day I ordered, yet, here are 32 days later and still have nothing. Multiple phone calls later and we still continue to get the "we will email you when we figure out what's going on", but have yet to receive an email. We were never even given an apology or offered any form of compensation. My last call was to cancel and that appears to be a difficult task for them to accomplish. I don't understand how a company can operate like this. Wish I would've read reviews before ordering.
