I received my order but parts were missing inside of the box such as mounting screws and the drainage hose. I looked back on the original advertisement and it was never mentioned that this was a floor display or anything like that so I dont understand where my missing parts went to?

Excellent customer service. I received a call from customer service that several of my ordered items were out of stock but due in in the next day or so. They shipped my order that they had and shipped the other 2 items with no shipping charge the following day.

I left an order in progress for 30 minutes and found the shopping cart empty. A bit annoying.
The item at checkout didn't exactly match the item in my cart, so I hope you will ship the correct item - Teleflex SSC******* RACK & PINION CABLE F/C200 12'.
Follow-up: the correct item was shipped, and very quickly, I might add.
