Ordering was fast and easy- and the price was competitive. The rest of the process was a huge disappointment. I placed my order on the evening of December 12th -- and received a shipment confirmation the following day; it stated that it was shipped using USPS Smart Post -- with an expected delivery wait of 4-8 days. My item arrived seventeen days later. I understand that Christmas is a busy time of year- but that was ridiculous. Don't send a shipment notification if you haven't shipped it-- and be honest about your delivery time.
Overall ok...I was annoyed that 5 minutes after I placed the order, I found the same product at toysrus.com for $10 less and free shipping. I tried cancelling the order with you but was unable to do so.

Excellent experience so far. All in all, a very fine experience. They were prompt responded to my questions.
Did not see a spot to redeem 200 points, but mostly I can't believe you charge5.99 to send out 2 gift cards. You could have just sent them an e-mail that the gift cards were in the store. I promptly received a call the following morning, taking the shipping charge off and was also given a 10% discount on the gift cards I purchased. This was a very pleasant surprise! > the quick service and concern were most appreciated and seldom seen in our current culture.
