I got worried at first because order status in the store was still showing "preparing for shipment" on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I wrote to the store and they assured me it was on time and I got it shortly after. So, if you see anything like that, check with the store first before panicking.

Delivery was very timely but the contends of the connector kit was spilled out and was all over the delivery box.

Ordered electric winch for my boat trailer, good price and quick delivery. Haven't installed it yet but I don't anticipate any problems. Website offered the winch with galvanized cable for fresh water or stainless steel for salt water. I wanted stainless steel but when I checked out I wasn't given an option.

Ordered a $700 fuel tank almost 2 weeks ago. Paid for it to be shipped early, called them up to see why. They said that they tried to contact me via phone and email. Never got either of them. A guy named Robert was no help at all, instead had an attitude like he didn't want to be bothered. It's all he could say is how they tried to contact me when they obviously didn't. I asked for the manager but he was there, asked for the manager to call me but never got a call. Instead I got a voicemail saying that my order had been cancelled. Very unprofessional, no one should ever buy from them. If I had read the comments I wouldnt have. And based on all the complaints about Robert in the reviews his $#*! should be fired.
Great delivery time and customer service on returns of damaged items. Absolutely no hassle. Had to send 2 Dock Edge guards back. Replaced the first one promptly and a quick refund for the 2nd. I ordered a different style then. It came promptly. I wasn't afraid to order from them again. The manufacturer boxed the 2 items very poorly.
I have made many purchases from wholesale marine as I own a marine repair shop. I recently purchased a two fuel lines from them which were absolute garbage. Opened up one and it was a thin flimsy piece of trash that I wouldn't use on a 5hp outboard let alone the V8 inboard it was sold for. I called wholesale marine and they informed me they will not accept the returns because they've not had any complaints about their fuel lines. Terrible service. Terrible Parts. I will not be ordering from them again.
I needed 10 feet of 14 gauge copper tinned wire to run from the console to the bow of my boat to power a depth finder. I ordered 10 feet, which I thought was enough, but was sent a little extra, which turned out to be a blessing. Thank You!

I would not hesitate to do business with Wholesale Marine. They came through for us with a de-icer, pleasant and knowledgeable phone assistance and on-time delivery. The only thing I found was that the website searching was a bit difficult... even inaccurate, but I was able to identify the product I needed by searching on the web.
While ordering my paint for my Boat, somehow the system of wholesale marine converted my order from 2 cans of red and 2 cans of black to 4 cans of red!.
When I asked the company if they could do it in exchange they silk told me no way! I'm stuck. The good news is I bought another gallon of a different color from a reputable supplier and was able to slightly change the color for identification of where when the time comes.

Steering wheel knob for a 17' Boston Whaler Newport; as mentioned in another review, it is a little "small" however I like the size. It allows me to have one hand on the throttle and one on the wheel.
I purchased the swivel base for use on a deer blind. Having a sturdy, stable base, is very important when you are 14 ft. Above the ground. This swivel base is heavy duty and very, very stable. Impressed!
