Still waiting for delivery. When ordered expected delivery date was November 14. I realize that it is only a week late but absolutely no communication from the company. I heard back today with an email with poor grammar that they will check on my tracking number…has me concerned that it's coming from overseas and hasn't even shipped! I'm willing to change the review once I receive the air track and judge the quality.

Was very happy at first. We have owned our air track for less than a year. The seam blew out. Very frustrating trying to get this fixed. I would expect it to last longer for how much it costs. I guess it is not designed for my teenage son who is a world's athlete. It might be good for youth level athletes but does not hold up to older athletes. I would not recommend this air track to anyone. Go with the name brand air tracks.
This company has been giving me the run around and refuses to send a repair kit for an air track that is under warranty. Their customer service is very poor unless you want buy something. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We are very pleased with this purchase. The carrying bag has made it easier to transport the airtrack. My daughter has been able to Accomplish her skill level and is working on increasing her skill set.
First this place is awesome cause it has awesome customer service. Second my package came sooner than expected. And third the airspot itself is so awesome. Nice and bouncy but very durable. Hope to buy an Airtrack soon!

We purchased an air track that came defective. It would not hold air! POOR QUALITY! Immediately contacted the company and requested to return it. They do not honor their return policy! After a very difficult time with customer service, we had to spend an additional $78 to return the track and were told we would receive an refund as soon as it was returned. We have not received any refund and it was returned 6/10! RUN from this company!
Ordered on April 21, still waiting for it to be shipped. It was an investment because it was pricey but I'm hoping it is worth it. I'll update my review once I receive it and my daughters use it.

What a disappointment. Waited forever for it to ship then finally after I filed a grievance they shipped it. Arrived and it won't hold air. They told me to spray it down with soapy water and look for bubbles, which we did. The entire seam on one side is completely broken. Now I'm waiting on a glue repair kit (that I had to purchase myself) so I can repair my defective $1100 airtrack myself. No guarantee it will even work. I agree with the other post that says they don't respond after they have your money. My daughter is devastatedplease save yourself the money and time and purchase elsewhere.

Before purchasing from this company please be aware that they are located in China. They are not a local distributor. I purchased a track and needed to exchange it for a different unit. Although the website states this isn't an issue they have yet to offer a local address for a return. I have been waiting weeks. Another issue is that I read all the reviews online on their website BIG mistake. They are able to pick and choose which reviews they want posted. Their website is misleading. They make you believe they are a local distributor and that customers are all very happy. Be warned this is not the case. Save yourself the hassle buy locally!

We are sorry that you have a misunderstanding in our air track, according to your video, we can see that the air valve was not in inflation status.
It needs to be adjusted to inflation status when setting up the air track, or it won't hold the air, as it's deflating. Operating not correctly is not our Quality problem.
It's clearly described on our website that if it's not quality problem, the return cost will be on the buyer.
The payment was refunded and received by the buyer already, it was in processing, different credit card companies take different time for handling the refund.
