Ordered a bouquet of Lily of the Valley for a friend to be delivered last Friday. The flowers arrived completely dead and without the address of the sender (so she didn't know that I was sending them, as it was a birthday surprise!). I checked in with her today and after hearing that the flowers were dead, I called the company. Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life (I know, that sound like an exaggeration, but it's really not!). Horribly rude reps, no supervisors ("we report to each other") and if you didn't file a claim the same day - how could I or she? - then there's nothing they can do, goodbye. Not even a sorry that the flowers were dead. Just yeah, nothing we can do, you should read our terms and conditions more closely. Wow. I've really never seen anything like this before. Please, please stay away from this company. There are lots of honest companies out there who care about their custoemers and their product.
Terribly made corsages, not as photographed (1 blossom and not 2) and broken flowers and leaves (leaving only twigs behind). Event is tomorrow and replacement is impossible. Company refused refund or any other assistance. DO NOT USE - THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT.
Ordered 25 stems of lilly of the valley. The packing was poor,, they had come out of the wrapping. Several were broken, none were fresh, no aroma remaining. A total waste of time and money.
I bought 150 flowers that came too early and died bunny wedding. Only 13 were usable and I had to run and get grocery store flowers. I called when they arrived and they would not help me until the day of my even when it was too late. When I sent them the pictures the day after my wedding if all my dead flowers to get my. Mkney back they said it was too late... I had to do it the day of my wedding! Do yourself a favor and go through a florist... they are an ignorant company who fail to do right by their customers.
Ordered Aug. Peonies 2 months prior to my sister's wedding. Before the wedding WB calls, says they can't send my white peonies & the pink peonies would cost twice what I paid. She said I selected Oct. Peonies; I was skeptical over this claim (no way to prove I'd ordered the Aug. Variety; email confirmation doesn't list that detail. After going in circles with rep, I said I'd call back later with a substitute flower. The next lady I talked to at WB said, there's nothing wrong with your order; you selected Aug. Peonies; my manager okayed it all. Relief! But later I got a call from first rep w/ news that another flower wasn't available & I would have to pick out another substitution. Then she denied anything the second rep said, again insisting that my peonies were ordered wrong. The 2nd rep was "new", "sick" & the managers I asked to speak to said to "not bother them any more". So I got 40 "pink" (lavender-ish) peonies for the price of 100. The flowers were okay but I went thru crazy stress in the process! My experience showed me they would rather lose a customer than any amount of money over a website pricing error. I submitted this review on their site but I suspect they filter out any negative reviews as I have not been able to find this review later.
I decided to use whole blossoms after being referred by a friend, I was very reluctant having never used a place from out of state before! My daughters wedding could not have been more beautiful, and I am so thrilled by the way it all turned out and came together with how they helped me every step! I highly recommend them and will be using them again someday when my other daughter gets married!
I ordered seeded eucalyptus and silver-dollar eucalyptus from Whole Blossoms. I was SO relieved to find out that they were selling it in June, as many vendors only offered eucalyptus through May.
I requested delivery for the Wednesday before the Saturday wedding; the seeded eucalyptus came on time, and the silver-dollar showed up a day late. Since I planned for some flexibility, this wasn't a big issue, but just a heads-up. I would recommend ordering along a similar timeframe, just in case there are issues with shipping.
The eucalyptus was beautiful, stayed fresh until the wedding, and was 95% usable (better than expected). For the price point (especially for 10+ bunches) and the service, I would order from Whole Blossoms again in a heartbeat!
Excellent selection of flowers at competitive prices, friendly and responsive customer service, and reasonable shipping costs. Wholeblossoms is a good source for ordering flowers and greens in bulk, but they do not offer smaller quantities (e.g. You can't buy 2 bunches of this, 3 bunches of that, etc.) so keep that in mind when you are designing your floral arrangements. I have ordered from them for at least three weddings and have been pleased each time.
I felt compelled to write a review for Whole Blossoms because we are so impressed with their flowers, service, and quality. I recently got married on July 9th, with the most amazing display of wedding flowers you could imagine. They provided excellent service and really helped guide through the whole process of ordering and making sure our flowers arrived on time and in best shape. We made our own arrangements and even though making sure everything went smoothly can be intense, it was a relief that every single variety we ordered was better than we could have imagined. They held up really well and it was very satisfying to see all the colors of dahlias, peonies, roses, sunflowers, tulips, and gladiolus come together in perfect harmony. The main reason for writing this review is how impressed my husband and I are with how they still look great, long after the wedding. We gave most our flowers away afterwards to family and friends, which seemed very happy to take them. My husband loves sunflowers, so we kept the extra stems we had and placed them in our kitchen. Even after several days, they still look beautiful and can't believe how happy they make you feel. We will definitely order from them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone else who is getting married or would just like to have some beautiful flowers sitting in your home. The prices are even cheaper than all the other places we checked on. We give them all the stars in the universe for their quality.
Whole Blossoms has some beautiful flowers with incredible color. We recently had a planned event and ordered many varieties and was so impressed with the vibrancy of their colors. I also fell in love with their website and now look for other opportunities to have an event just to get more.
We had a very good experience with Whole Blossoms and I wanted to share it. I purchased 20,000 roses for Valentine's day to be sold by my church to collect funds for charity. We do this every year. We not only received the biggest heads of roses but the service provided for our order was excellent. Everybody was complementing the quality of the roses and we were able to sell all the arrangements since they stood alone in the stands of 5 churches. Price was very good too. We will absolutely continue using this vendor in the future and highly recommend them.

The order was perfect, everything arrived on time and the flowers opened in 3 days as expected - beautiful! I will certainly use this company again whenever I have a bulk flower need - all my guests complimented the flowers and even 4 days after the event the flowers were looking great! I give them thumbs up! :)
I ordered 7 different flowers to do Wedding flowers for a friend Twenty arrangements and 5 bouquets. We ordered about $600 worth of flowers at least half that cost went in to Hydrangeas. Everything arrived perfectly everything lasted perfectly I was amazed. I followed their directions to the letter. Because my event was on Sunday and the deliveries came in on Wednesday and Thursday. The crazy thing is I am sitting here looking at 1 of the arrangements and we are on day 13. I think this company is awesome and the customer service was terrific. I "called them twice to verify directions and they couldn't have been more helpful. Worth every penny. Cookie cooling rack and a Old Palette to separate the blossoms over a Cooler. It worked great and gave the blossom space to breathe
We ordered all of our flowers from Whole Blossom. The flowers were packaged extremely well and looked amazing. We received them 4 days before the wedding and had no problems transporting, arranging, and displaying them for the wedding. There are so many to choose from and all were incredibly beautiful and reasonably priced. I would order from this company again.
Today my husband and I renewed our vows. We live right next to the ocean and had our minister come and do a small, but lovely ceremony. Afterwords we invited our little group of guests to our home and enjoyed a small meal together. We wanted to display some sunflowers. I love the mini sunflowers, but my husband loves the chocolate sunflowers. We ordered them from Whole Blossoms along with some hydrangeas. They arrived on time and we enjoyed displaying them. Our guests also enjoyed them. They really made us happy and wanted to publicly thank them for their service. We recommend them for anyone who just wants to enjoy some fresh cut flowers. I'm sure that if we had a big wedding, we would order from them as well. We have a niece who plans on getting married next year and she plans on ordering from Whole Blossoms. We can't wait to see the wonderful arrangements they make from them. One last thing, the prices are pretty affordable. This makes them an excellent choice to purchase in the future. I ordered a lot of garden flowers with different colors from Whole Blossoms for my wedding. Flowers came on exact time and out of my expectation, they were very fresh. My room was full of rose fragrance instantly after I open the box. These garden roses were so beautiful in all condition. I really loved them. They were much better than the other flowers I ordered from other website. They were packed so well, and it really take time to handle the wrapper. I would definitely order again if I have other event in the future.
The only real flowers I wanted at my wedding were bouquets for myself and my two bridesmaids, and a few flowers on the cake instead of a topper. I ordered 30 stems of peonies. After agonizing over the color choices I decided to go with God and order the assorted colors.
The flowers came in on time. I received a gorgeous mix of cream, blush and pink flowers. With proper care they opened at varying speeds, so I had a mix of big full flowers and lovely half opened ones. Three buds never opened despite being wrapped in newspaper. Still, the bouquets and cake turned out beautifully. We had exactly enough flowers. The price was fantastic and I would definitely order from WholeBlossoms again.
We were very pleased with the excellent prices, how fast, and the fantastic conditions the flowers arrived. I ordered ranunculus after trying different websites and stores. Whole blossoms had the best prices and free shipping! I'm so glad we ordered throughout them!
For the most part, I was pretty pleased with Whole Blossoms. The flowers and green fillers that I received were beautiful and ended up making the event truly wonderful. However, I did have a couple of disappointments. First: the main flower I chose (Salmanazar Pink Peach Peony Garden Rose) could not be delivered "because nature didn't allow". I was informed 8 days before the wedding and had to scramble to find another supplier to get them replaced because they didn't have anything else available that I felt was even close to what I was hoping for. Second, the ranunculus flowers were gorgeous--except about 1/4 of them died or arrived smashed or brown. The rep I spoke to was very nice, however, and even though I was under the 10 day restraint, they refunded the full amount paid for the peonies so that I could purchase them elsewhere. We made due with the new order and with other flowers we purchased locally. Our wedding date: July 7,2018
If you are looking for excellent quality fresh cut flowers at good prices, wholeblossoms.com is your best choice. I see some times reviews of people who wrote negative reviews and got concerned about my order but after researching more in detail those reviews, I noticed that the people making the reviews were speaking negatively about several different businesses so it looks to me as if their comments are not objective. I received my third order from wholeblossoms.com last Friday and I was thrilled with my flowers. I ordered in November and December and all I can say is that I couldn't be happier with the quality and the service received.
