Took months to even ship my delivery and then they gave the delivery address wrong and i couldn't receive it. Wouldn't give me a refund but only store credit after i had to email them multiple times asking. Finally i used my store credit to order a corset top and it came with a large hole in the side. Poor service and poor
Quality.

I got my 15 year daughter a hoodie, size XS/S, it's huge on her.
The return policy is awful. They charge $15 dollars and you have to pay postage yourself. Then to buy again will be another £8 delivery. Total con, won't be buying with them online again.

White fox sent the hoodie from Australia from a uk website then are refusing to find out where the parcel is leaving it up us to try and trace however Royal Mail will only accept a dispute from the sender. Customer service is a nightmare! Avoid this company it is a RIP OFF

Total scam site. Took a month to get my totally wrong order. Pants were not even the correct brand, they were cheap and way too big. Sweatshirt was the brand, but was used with the tag cut out, and too big. No call number on the site, and online customer service is a joke.

It's been a week since I ordered my items, and I am still yet to receive a shipping confirmation. Like the many other reviews we are all tired of waiting. It is understandable to have a short delay. However this is not acceptable, and to keep having sales when you can obviously not keep up is absurd. There is no value towards customers and you will lose a lot of business and credit for this. I'm extremely dissapointed as I bought these items for an overseas trip and unless they ship out in the next few days they won't make it in time. I hope you make things right for your customers and stop being greedy. Wouldn't recommend.

I got a tracksuit as a birthday present and I absolutely love it. It is the comfiest thing ever and also looks incredible so you can wear it to so many different places. When it is in the wash I feel like I have nothing to wear. The material is so thick and good quality and so is the lettering. I have since ordered another two tracksuits!

Chelsea was fantastic to deal with and kept me up to date regularly on my issue regarding a missing package- I thought being the other side of the world this could take weeks to resolve but because she was keeping me informed on the status I felt reassured it was being dealt with satisfactorily. I look forward to ordering from White Fox Boutique AU again.

I love how trendy the clothes they have are while also providing basics that are great for every day looks. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Amazing costumer service!
They replied fast and were very friendly. I ordered some clothes for a upcoming vacation… I didn't look at the shipping time and I was afraid they wouldn't be here on time. I emailed customer service and they switched my shipping to express, free of charge.

It's a great website and was happy with everything and how they handled it when I didn't like something, they are more than great!

Love the selection and quality. Restocks are quite quick too. Wish orders got to me a little quicker however absolutely love the rest.

Within an hour of messaging them on Instagram, my issue was resolved. I highly recommend trying to reach them through their social media platforms on a weekday.
