I recently purchased three dresses and chose standard shipping, but later decided i wanted to switch to express because i have an event coming up i need them for. I sent the company an email asking to change it, and got a response the next morning that they changed it for me FREE OF CHARGE. I've never had such a good experience with a big company like this. The website is easy to use and they have the CUTEST stuff. I was able to use a student discount as well. I wish the shipping were faster (20 business days) but I understand it is coming from AU.
