I recently bought a used car and did t realize how bad the tires were! Day 2 of driving it suddenly it started raining so hard I could barely see the road and everyone was pulling in to the emergency lane! My car was sliding and hydroplaning. I can't afford a set of tires all at once and had applied to other places just to be denied or they did t have what I needed. Wheels Set Go had exactly what I needed plus the financing I could be approved for! In about a week my new used car will be rolling on new tires a d safe to dri e in the rain! This has seriously been a life saver! Thank you!

Ordered new mounted wheels and tires from them. First they tell you get a years worth of tire repair/replacement but you have to sign up for it within 15 days. Second they do nothing to keep you informed when they are internally delayed getting the tires and wheels to the mounting facility on California. Lastly they refuse to price match their sister website on tire prices. They just are not worth the hassle.

I ordered TPMs from here and it has been nothing but issues for 2 months. Called with in a day of receiving that order was wrong and the male that answered was too busy call back another time. Emailed multiple times and I was sent to multiple stores to have frequency changed so the sensors could work. None of this has helped. Their mistake now my problem. To replace defect I have to take out TPMs, send back to them and drive what in the mean time? (By law I can not drive away without the TPMs in place).Then wait for replacements? All due to their mistakes. I would use extreme caution when ordering. They do not care if the order turns out correctly. They take no accountability for the products and then it becomes your problem. They are rude and hard to deal with as they have better things to do than insure their products work and customers are not put out constantly due their mistakes and lack of time.

My experience with them was terrific from the time I ordered the tires to getting them was 2 days.Thought I had an issue with the tires being 8 ply instead of 10 ply so I emailed support and they made sure I got the right tires and we're awesome with customer service.Well done wheelsetgo.com

I purchased a set of G-Fx TR-16 wheels last of October and received them and installed them December 7,2023. I live in the Northwest and we had some snow last of January. The back wheels were trashed losing both shine and pitting. WSG said it was weather and road chemicals or car wash chemicals- here's the thing - the front look great, the rears are trash. Any wheel that won't hold up to a little over a months use and company that won't stand behind their product is certainly disappointing- If I were you I would pass on these guys and get my tire and wheel needs from someone else. Totally disappointed.

It has taken me a minute to just find the kind of rims to have my 2018 XTS Cadillac stand out from the rest of them out here in these streets, my last Caddy Wagon 2013, got totaled Nov 2023, I could have cried with the rims I had on that baby were SWEET and the way my ride set on the rims I had, well all gone. So this is very special to me to get this RIDE PERFECT. I made a mistake on my order and your staff called me immediately but I missed the call, called them the next morning everyone was extremely nice to me and got me to the correct department in the Service Dept., which those guys are AWESOME, explained all to me got my order corrected, I had to spend more money but I don't mind because of the package I got, I will definitely come back here for my RIMS/TIRES in the future. Thank you.
