Whee Center Cap

Worst customer service ever! Actually there is not customer service. I ordered 4 Gear brand center caps from them. They definitely took my money, but never sent an email or text about shipping. Three weeks later, I tried to call the number they have listed, with the voicemail box always being full! I text them several times with no response. What a fluffing ripoff! Beware, they will take your money and run!

I talked to the customer service about the expedited shipping and told them that would be the only way I'd order from them. They assured me it'll be delivered on time and it'll be shipped the same day. They didn't ship the item for whole two days and it won't be delievered for another 4 days. When I said I'll be returning the item because I'll find someone who is good on their words they told me I'm a scammer. Do not do business with this company.

I bought some center caps and they did not fit my wheels, have tried numuros times to get a hold of customer support and no reply from them, does anyone have a phone number

I ordered a new wheel cap for my moto metal wheels cause it broke and never shipped out so I emailed them and they said they would send another one out and I still haven't heard anything from usps about it shipping and it's been 23 days. Just order your cap on Amazon it'll save you time and money.

I ordered a single wheel center cap and received the order email with tracking number. After a week, I clicked the link and it stated that usps was "awaiting item drop off." I sent an email inquiring about when the item would be shipped and received a reply only stating "order has shipped." After another week of not receiving the order and tracking number still showing "awaiting item drop off," I sent another email asking for tracking info or something other than "order has shipped." The next day, they cancelled my order, hopefully I'll receive a refund. Very unprofessional, save your time and money and don't deal with this company.

I ordered a center cap replacement for my Pro Comp rims. The number I typed in came up with two options. For some reason, I did not get the correct cap. I swear the correct number was entered, but it could be my mistake. The cost were the same for both caps. I have attempted to contact the company 3 times. I simply wanted to send the incorrect caps back and get the proper caps. They will not respond to email and have no phone number. If they responded and we worked things out, then my rating would be much better. They are not listed as a registered business with the BBB, so I would be concerned about them as a business.
