I love my new keyboard, it is exactly like the picture/described and everything I was looking for. Waiting for shipping was the hardest part and my keyboard screen did have a small crack when arrived (I assume due to all the moving it had to go through) but I still love it.
First time ordered from Whatgeek, I was really surprised how the communication went through. The product arrived in time and the package was flawless.
My keyboard was damaged upon arrival and nobody has responded back to me about it.
I was looking for a good hot swappable keyboard and I saw one on here that was on sale so I brought it and liked it, it shipped in a good time frame and I received it undamaged
This console is easily accessible, rather durable, and plays great. Battery life is a few hours, but with a portable charger you can charge on the go. I love mine and plan to get the Plus in the future (definitely more bang for your buck with that version)
First initial delivery took 3 almost 4 weeks to arrive to receive notice day of delivery the package is being returned to sender due to incomplete address. I phone the postal service who advised there is not unit number on the packing slip information provided by the sender. I connect with WhafGeek customer service who took over a week to respond (after three emails) who requested for me to advise them of the correct and complete address. My initial delivery details had all the information which I provided them a screenshot of, they dismissed it and requested me to type out the address which I did. I requested for my package to be expedited as I've waited almost 4 weeks for my package just to return to sender. They said we will ship it when we possible and hopefully you receive it soon. Overall product is great no issues but the customer service needs improvement.
