Purchased many items in October '22 for Xmas presents as we have a large family. I was so excited to have found so many amazing gifts at such a great price. Should have known it was too good to be true. Hope they eventually get caught.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. Same as all the others, ordered in November and sent many emails. They responded once and then never again. What a waste of money and a huge disappointment as they were supposed to be Christmas gifts.

Obviously it was too good to be true. Ordered plushies for Christmas. Figured they would arrive late. I kept checking every month - nothing. Forgot for a few months until now. Just checked and website is gone.

Ordered Christmas presents for my daughter and grandchildren Dec. 2022. Tracked my items said customs wouldn't let it thru. When contacted was nothing but excuses. Killed the joy I hot to see on all their faces. Almost been a year and nothing.

I agree with all the other reviewers. These!@#$%^& take your money & never send you a thing! They never give refunds, either. Totally criminal scam. We need a way to block them from the Internet. Just a few reviews like this should be sufficient for action to be taken through their URL's.

A complete scam, stay away from them! They advertise on Facebook claiming they are closing their business due to difficulty, and they are doing a clearing sales. I went to the website and chose some toys for the children in Nov 2022, close to £25 worth of goods were ordered. But never receive the order, emailed so many times and there's no reply. After reading so many other people experiences, sure they are just scamming people with no actual goods to sell. I've now learned to do an image backsearch of the products, and if I found it originated somewhere else (they usually look very good in photos) and see the massive price difference with the original price much higher than this scamming website like something ridiculous that is less than 5% of the original price, you will know this is a scamming website!

Ordered 4 toys in october 22 for christmas presents. I never got them got an email end nov saying they had sent them but could be delayed a few weeks. Its now feb 23 and not recieved themDon't order they are a scam site.

We ordered my daughters Christmas on November 27th, 2022. I have wrote email after email and still no word or product. Your website is a scam! I emailed today and now it's saying email does not active! This is the email that is still on their website!

This is so sad; thank goodness I'm only out $35! Made an order for four stuffed animals for Christmas gifts. Site says shipping 1 - 5 business days. Well, it's been 17 business days and still "Awaiting Shipment". Wish I would've seen the reviews or did a little investigating before ordering from Wetraci/Fantasy Mall. Please don't purchase from there and if you already have (assuming since you're now checking this out) it's a loss cause and you will not receive your item(s).

Ok, so I just posted a review and reported how it told me that tracking could not be found. I went back to try again and a set of fake tracking shows up. Conveniently, right after I searched the tracking this morning, it now shows up the package was delivered somewhere in France and that a couple days before, the receiver requested an address change for delivery. Never did such thing; I live in the U.S. not Europe. So tracking is reading delivered but their site still has me on "awaiting shipment." They are definitely scamming.

I was excited to get the stuffed animals I ordered as Christmas presents. I placed my order Nov 16 and still haven't received them. I messaged company several times to be told the warehouse will rush my order. They are falsely advertising their products.

I have ordered over 25 items last year august when they had a lot of crystal jewelry and there was a discount with a promise for free shipping. I have written over 4 emails and never got anything back. This is a huge scam so please don't order anything from this website.

I mad my order on webside Wetracion11/12/2022.(Look attach photos) to today I'm not recivevd my delivery or even replay back on any of my email back!
I track with my order number and is show order with with e given number is delivered in Frace!

I ordered back in the beginning of December of 2022, and the items never shipped. I have left countless e-mails wanting a refund and never got one. My order still says waiting to ship.
