Like all the other reviews I ordered from this website and never received my shipment. It's a shame that my daughter has been waiting with excitement and will never receive her order she asked for for Xmas. I ordered and paid $49.99 and will now have to break my daughter's little heart. Please beware

I had ordered some animals for my kids Christmas but it said "awaiting shipment" for the last few weeks I tried to see if their was any contact but nothing seemed to work. Luckily I have a netspend card and quickly told them about the issue...although my card had been locked I got my money back into my account...so I know some review on here said they were out of their money. But I said still try cause some places can still get your money back depending on what you go through. The only downside is that my card is still locked and they are sending me a new one to replace it...so i guess that is a sliver lining. But don't believe this website and don't let them scam you!

The "dolls" section is stolen photos from a talented artist that makes the animals herself, gakman creatures. The stock photos are not real, and the items are most likely terrible recreations. If you did make a purchase with them, please stop the charge and do not give them your time.

If I could give less I would. Don't do it. You will not get your stuff. They will take your money and not send your items. They will tell you there was a delay and that it is coming, but it doesn't come. Be careful as they have a few names they use. They are the biggest rip off.

I had ordered 2 items, I immediately received an order confirmation, after a week I did not receive an email with the tracking number. After two months, I emailed and asked about my order. I was told it was taking longer than expected but I would hear soon. Another two weeks, no tracking info. I emailed again no response. I have since emailed twice requesting a refund, and a third time demanding a refund. I have not received a response as of yet.

I placed an order Nov 08,2022. I have not received the items. I have emailed the company 5 tines with no response. Beware. Save you money, shop someplace else!

I'm very glad my bank is willing to do a dispute. I have done some research and it looks like Wetraci is affiliated with Fantasy Mall and witiboss.com too. I am sure there are others, there is no customer service number or chat line, I managed to find an order number but thre is no tracking number. No one answered my email to what is a generic email address on their site the witiboss shows a generic email as well. When investigating the email addresses both reflect generic accounts, the witiboss site did not even bother to put their whole email on the main page of the site lazy scam artists! I did not order from witiboss but have content below as well as the wetraci.

Paid for several different creatures on this site on December 10th and haven't received my order or any email about when I will be getting it. I wouldn't waste my time or money ordering anything from them.

So the comments i found here show this is a scam site, i unfortunetly followed a facebook lead to get there and placed an order, after being a month late i sent them an email which shockingly they did reply to (after another fortnight) Dear customer,
"We have received your order. The system has arranged your order in the warehouse to prepare the goods, please wait patiently.
We also understand your feelings very well, but you don't have to worry that your goods will be delivered to your address. We have a very large order volume due to store promotions, so the delivery time will be delayed. We have called the warehouse staff. Expedited packing, send your goods as soon as possible.

Placed an order in November and I still have not received the items. I have reached out multiple times and it has not moved from the warehouse. I have asked for either the items or the money back we will see what happens.

DO NOT BUY FROM WETRACI! If you did, go to your bank - open a claim for your money back! Their site is not accurate. If you refresh the site, the stock for the item changes randomly. They won't even allow customer reviews for the products. Why? Because there isn't any. Fraud! They won't answer your emails and if they did, they will not answer your questions. They said my order is 'in line' when I never ordered anything at the time. That made no sense. All I asked was about a certain item in question. When I did buy from them, they never answer any of my emails. Emailed them 3 times on different days. Be careful! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR SITE!

So every review has pretty much the same crap as happened to me. So angry, doesn't even sound like worth trying to contact customer service. I wasn't smart enuf & eventually got banged $8.95. Cancelled cr card immediately DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered two items from this site and payed for they keep moving the delivery dates I have tried several times via emails with no reply I have recently seen others have had the same problem I have asked for a refund but still no joy from them my advice would be STAY AWAY FROM WETRACI.COM AS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU ARE LEFT OUT OF POCKET SO BEWARE OF THIS SITE

DON'T ORDER FROM THESE MUPPETS!

I ordered four things in November for Christmas. It is now January 25th and still nothing. I go to "check my order" and all I see are the delivery dates being pushed out longer and longer. Good thing I'm only out $35. DO NOT ORDER FROM WETRACI.

I placed a order back in December for a Christmas gift. Here we are in June, no news, emails, calls, nothing. No refunds either.
