I bought a prom dress and I never received the dress. Had to go through my bank to get my money back as they refused to refund it. Their phone constantly went to voicemail and they took weeks to respond to emails. They only time I got fast responses was when I wanted a refund and they replied instantly. FRAUDULANT site! You cannot return and get a refund for anything you buy from this website. I asked before I purchased a dress and one person said 3 day return policy, website says 30 days. I emailed same day dress arrived and I tried it on. Response was... if no problem in making of dress they don't accept returns. Every dress doesn't look good on everyone. Took a chance by ordering and learned a valuable lesson!
