Get 2 of my windows replaced because of vandalism, went to Wendy's for dinner. Said I had pay by credit card inside or pay cash at drive thur only! REALLY!
Never go there again if that's their policy!
What, cash is no good anymore!

The managers a thief

Tried to charge me $15.38 for a day single and a double stack. It should have been $8.58. She gave me a $3 and some Cent refund and said that a double stack was $7. I would guess they're overcharging people and then voiding it off after they're gone and put in the cash in your pocket. That's my opinion I'll never go to those dog faced idiots again

HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE

We went for frostys, didn't have any or pineapple mango lemonade. Got strawberry lemonade instead. $2.99 each. Got charged $9 What the $#*!. They also "had no change" and gave me $1 back. Also when ordering said "we outta a lot, go to McDonald's" Are you serious? Letting teenagers run your franchise into the ground. Incompetent employees. When trying to say something, ignored both my boyfriend and I. Closed the window and left from our view.

Poor service

I have never been to such an unprofessional work place in my life, I didn't know that Wendy's allowed there employees to be drunk or even drink on the job, I went to my local Wendy's in brush Colorado my family and I went last night October 4th to go eat for my sons birthday since he really loves wendys! We just wanted to have a relaxing afternoon and while I was paying for my food an older lady that was apparently the manager there smelled like alcohol she couldn't even talk straight to us when we got our order. She was really rude I will never eat there again in my life, it really disgust me to know that people go to work to just get drunk! Wendy's really need to see who they are hiring because that was so unacceptable and unprofessional!

On 2/23/24 Wendy's daily deal is for free chili with any purchase that's a good offer if the training mgr at the Wendy's on Walton in Las Cruces NM new how to scan the barcode and when the customer gets upset instead of trying to defuse the situation he acts like it's a non issue and puts the blame on the customer and the rewards program. It's best to just stay away from this Wendys.

Could not chew
January 5, 2024

I ordered a Parmesan Salad today from the Wendy's located in Dolton, Ill. Half of the chicken in the salad was so hard I could not chew it. I had to go thru the entire salad and pull out the hard chicken pieces. That was the first time and the last time that I will order any kind of a salad from Wendy's. Terrible Experience.

I can't believe that workers can't understand a simple doordash order. This is the third and final delivery order I will place with Wendys. The last three orders have been incorrect, cold, and quality questionable. I will never order delivery from Wendys on Fourth Plain BLVD again.

Bad customer service

I went to get food at 9.52 PM and I paid around $20.00, I. Order one meal with diet coke and one extra burger and they told me to take regular burger because if we need spice we need to wait 5 min and we said ok we will wait and they we pull in the waiting area. Girl came with bag and I said where is my drink and she said I will go get it and then i said I order two burger she said
I will go get it and she bring another burger and never said sorry. Bad customer service.
When I get home the burger was uncooked and the coke was regular. My son is diabetic that's why I order diet. They girl look so mad and also I ask for honey mustard and they forgot to give me honey Mustard.
Last time eating at this place
They never gave me receipt

Not a care in the world about pandemic, no ppe, very bad attitude, best for me to stay away, use to eat Wendy's 3-4 times a week, just grabbing a bite on way to work, not any more... were are the Gm's to monitor these kids who wants 15 bucks an hour, yea right.

Can add money to the app - no idea why this is an option. But will need to go inside to use, and hope there is an employee that know how to help with it.
Cannot update Credit Card info.
Also could not choose mobile order at all, had to go inside.
And cannot redeem any free promotion - keeps saying to add more to order even though several items are listed.
Employees do not care - they just say sorry and do nothing else - so promotions really do not exist with the app.
Customer service do not answer complaints at all. They must know the app is garbage.
It takes to much time using an app that doesn't work anyway.
I go to McDonalds, BK,or Dairy Queen instead.

The quality of their food is amazing! The amount they give you is great as well! Drive thru is always fast and they are very kind to me when I go. I've never had a bad experience so I recommend people visit a local Wendy's.

Can't expect much from a fast food website. I was checking for e-coupons but they didn't have any. They have your menu's, calorie counter, store locator and mobile app. Better to just go eat there but watch out for the calories on a large frosty shake (caramel 990) (chocolate 870) (strawberry 780). Yeewow!

Great food!

Our Wendy's here has good food and we have been there quite a few times. We love the "Baconater's"! The staff get you through the line pretty fast too...and there is only 1 lane. Now I want to try their chocolate cookies!

Customer service sucks

Waited 25 min at the counter while skip the meal and other pick ups went past me to pick up their orders,10 of us in line I replied are we invisible? Be patient she yelled as she turned the screen around and said I have to fill all these and if you can't wait leave! All 10 of us walked out! That was Wendys in Hamilton Ontario Canada I will never go back.

Wendy's Homestead, PA is the worst chain fast food location I have been to. When I arrived there with my family they messed up all of our orders. I asked for a chicken sandwich with fries and an ice tea, but they only gave me a Baconator. Not only did they mess up my family's order, but they messed up five other peoples' orders who were eating in the fast food restaurant as well. The staff was unorganized and unable to provide proper customer service. The employees in the kitchen laughed as people received their wrong orders. I highly recommend that people stay away from this Wendy's location.

When my daughter and I went to Wendy's we ordered two Bacon Nader's and what we saw was on them was only one piece of bacon and after my daughter started eating her shake she found a piece of hair in it. Their fries were also burnt.and the lady at the window was extremely rude.

Every wendy's store i go to i end up getting chicken strips down here they didn't discontinue them i wish they did as these are terrible as you can see in the picture that is a chicken finger with breading that looks hard everytime i go i finish paying for it and i get something like this breading that doesn't look too hard but when you try to bite it you have to bite hard to chew it it tastes normal most of the time but for breading to be that hard something isn't right and i don't even order fries anymore they usually are hard and taste very stale so i can't get a picture of them but it is not something that I'm looking forward to order from them again

Dry cold and old

I had a doordash order last night from Wendys in Mars Hill Indianapolis, Indiana, the Dasher Driver was fast and friendly, the FOOD was so gross. The burger looked/and was dark, cold and dried out, the fries were cold and only a few of them in the fry box. I didn't even eat 2 bites of the burger, it tasted OLD and dry. I reheated the fries in the microwave, and tried to eat come of them, nope! 20.00 on a burger and fries with a medium lemonade. Wasted money and in the trash. DO BETTER WENDYS> Just do better.

Unsatisfied
January 31, 2021

Went to Wendys in clarkston mi. Ended up in line for 25 mins waiting. Cashier was rude and never apologized for rudeness or the wait. I asked for something free got told no. Food was cold by the time we got it. I will not be returning.
