My sister's wedding was planned a few weeks before it happened. Wedding Tropics sent my shirts (for me & my son) quickly. When there was a size discrepancy, the return was easy & I received the shirt long before the big day (due to the global pandemic the date moved up 10 days)! They're great and do their best to meet your schedule. Will definitely use them in the future!
Fast delivery. Product was everything I hoped for and better. Bought a beautiful ocean blue linen shirt for my nephew to propose in. He looked so Handsome!

Sent me a shirt that I canceled. Then won't send me 2 shirts I paid for. Then has nerve to text me and call me a dishonest creep because of their mistake.

I had 5 people, groom, groomsmen and father of the bride, order these pants for my wedding. The sizes were completely wrong when they arrived. The pants we ordered for a 6 foot 250 pound man fit better on a 5'5 190 pound man and vice versa. We had to order more pairs and swap them around with everyone to make it work. This was NOT our mistake in ordering since they were all off on the sizes and the company would not help us out. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
Hi Jenna, Sorry this happened to you and your party. I was trying to look on your order history and only saw orders from late 2019 and early 2020, could not discern what happened. Would like to understand what happened exactly and try to make it right for you somehow but again see nothing at all that was recent and only 2 pairs of pants ordered, a M and L in two orders. I tried to call but it went straight to VM. Please give me a call at 760-315-5559.

Make sure you order the right size the first time, because if you need to exchange it, you will wind up paying half of the cost of the item to accomplish that. We bought a $60 shirt from here, had to exchange it for a different size and in the end wound up paying $33 in total shipping costs. They charged me $6 for the return label, had to buy a padded envelope to ship it back for $3, then twice was charged $12 in shipping. Never again.

Shipping costs are not free. Maybe your complaint of high shipping costs due to your mistake of ordering the wrong size should be directed to the shipping companies?
Between your ridiculous "restocking fee" of unworn, non-custom clothing ($18) and the fact that you do not cover return shipping on items that don't work for the customer, I am having to pay over $35 FOR NOTHING! In my entire life, I have NEVER had to pay a restocking fee on standard sized apparel. Appliances and furniture, Yes, but this is just wrong. I will spread the word! Feel free to contact me if you'd like to provide better service and I will rethink my position. Shameful!

I wish I had taken the reviews more seriously before ordering from WeddingTropics. I read a few reviews before purchasing a shirt for my fiancé for our wedding and I thought people were exaggerating about their horrible experience. Sadly, those reviews didn't fairly describe the horrific customer experience you are guaranteed to have if you do business with WeddingTropics.
I ordered the Colima Relaxed Fit Italian Linen Shirt for my fiancé for our wedding, Order Number *******. To say the item was not as described is an understatement. While the rest of the shirt fit okay, the shoulders were apparently designed for an NFL linebacker. It looked as if my fiancé was wearing three layers of shoulder pads.
Completely disappointed, I called WeddingTropics to return the shirt and let them know how disappointed I was. I called and called and called for weeks, left numerous voicemails, and no one from WeddingTropics responded. I also sent multiple emails, but all of my inquiries went unanswered. Finally, after several weeks had past, I received an auto generated email that did nothing to address the situation. I was furious. I sent yet another email and finally received a response from Carrie that did nothing to address my concerns. All that she did was provide a link to the FAQ section of the website and inform me of WeddingTropic's absurd restocking fee. I told Carrie that was unacceptable and to have her manager give me a call.
I received a call from the owner, Kevin, who acted like a nice guy, but as I would later find out that was a ruse. Kevin put on a big act, asking me about my wedding and asking if I would send him wedding photos that he could post on WeddingTropics website. He said that he would waive the restocking fee but told me I had to pay for shipping. I didn't think that was fair, given the fact that the shirt wasn't true to size, but I still had details of my wedding to plan and didn't have time to argue. The next day I went to USPS and shipped the shirt back to WeddingTropics in a nice, clean cardboard box which was unlike how I received it; in a thin, flimsy bag that had a hole in it.
Days went by after the shirt had been delivered and I still hadn't heard anything from WeddingTropics nor had I received a refund so I called and left yet another message. Kevin finally called back and started screaming at my fiancé. He made wild accusations, erroneously stating that I had damaged the shirt prior to sending it back to him, no doubt trying to justify wanting to deduct $40 from the full refund I deserved. He said that the shirt was destroyed because it was wrinkled. To say that the shirt was destroyed because it was wrinkled is absurd. Apparently he thought I should have had the shirt pressed and dry cleaned in addition to paying a restocking fee as well as ship it back in a refrigerator box so there wouldn't be a wrinkle on it and I could pay an absorbent amount in shipping charges. If WeddingTropics wants the shirt shipped in a bigger box, the least they can do is provide the container as well as cover the shipping and handling charges, like most good companies do. I folded the shirt very neatly and put in a better container than it came in. It was a thick, clean USPS box that included tracking and USPS wouldn't have shipped it if the shirt didn't fit in the box. Kevin admitted he resells the shirts that he claims are new so he shouldn't be charging customers to send back a return. Kevin went on and on, screaming at my fiancé like a lunatic and then hanging up the phone.
Not willing to let that I stand, I contacted Kevin via email and told him that if he didn't process a full refund as Kevin had promised, I would open a bank dispute. Kevin emailed back and was rude, insulting, and completely unprofessional. He again accused me of damaging the shirt because it was wrinkled and told me I should just accept the $75 he was offering me because he would win the bank dispute. I responded to Kevin's email letting him know that not only would I win the bank dispute, but I would also contact the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and Consumer Affairs regarding his shoddy business practices if he didn't provide the full refund I deserved. I also told Kevin not to contact me again unless it was about my refund.
Fifteen minutes later I received a refund receipt via email. There was no note from WeddingTropics so I thought Kevin had come to his senses and finally done the right thing. Sadly, I was wrong. Shortly after receiving the refund email, I received both a text and email from Kevin, mocking me for wanting to contact the Better Business Bureau going as far as to tell me I should contact the FBI and CIA as well and making excuses for why his unprofessional behavior was ok. Kevin was rude, arrogant, and condescending. Why this man is in the customer service field is beyond me. Had the refund been processed and Kevin said nothing more, I would have let this go but when Kevin continued his ridiculous behavior, I decided to post these honest reviews.
I wouldn't do business with WeddingTropics again if my life depended on it and I recommend that everyone avoid this company at all costs!

I still have not received my package and customer service is not very helpful at all.
Not happy with return and exchange policies. The shirt didn't fit so I need a different size. But was told via email to return shirt and order another one. If I order another one I've got to pay again. Why should I have to do that when they already have my money for the first shirt. When I ask about an exchange they said they couldn't do that. So I have returned the shirt and ask them for a refund. Based on everything else not even sure if I'm going to get my money back.

I never received my shirt, which was due to be delivered by 8/17. The wedding is in 2 days and I'm screwed bc i have no shirt to wear.
Horrible! Customer service is non-existant, half of my groomsmen did not receive their orders even though they promised they would by a certain date. No answer when I wrote and called asking for a refund/discount. Their website looks great, but they are poor busnessmen. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
It’s all true, all the complaints on this board happened to our customers and we are very regretful to those who were caught in it. At that time the company experienced several unfortunate circumstances that led to a negative spiral, complimented by a failure to contain it from the system of management down.
The company closed for approximately 6 months, and has now been reopened under new ownership, new management, and a newly streamlined and improved system of manufacturing and customer support.
Anybody effected by this are free to contact us and we will make it right.
