What kind of unscrupulous company sends a completely different dog food out just because they don't have what you ordered in stock? The kind that's done it many times before to other customers (read their negative feedback on@Ebay... wish I had done.) Then they make it as hard as they possibly can for you to return it. I ordered Royal Canin Skincare Food & they sent Royal Canin Gastro food, the two are completely different products for different needs. It also took them an age to deliver & they ignore your messages. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Please check the reviews, I was silly enough to trust the ebay % system but when you read the recent negative, you'll see they let people down all the time.

Health info for your doggy, kitty or birdy... - I hate it when my dog Mr. Rumples is sick... he just looks so sad. But I'm often not sure if I should take him to the vet or I should just wait to see if he gets better. WebVet helps me to decide so Mr. Rumples can stay healthy and his mommy doesn't have to worry =)
