Just joined WebsiteBox after my existing web provider was shutting down and the step-in was charging an atrocious monthly fee. Fairly easy to set up, especially if you are hands on or have managed your previous website. A great team and very helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Like anything new it takes practice to master. Once I got my feet wet, in a manner of speaking things came together. Still have much to learn but I feel I can master this tool in the not too distant future.

Mark was terrific! He seemed, for the most part, to anticipate my questions and answer most of them before I asked them. As I said in the title, I could have used another 15 minutes or so and it would have saved some of the inevitable email questions that I will probably have to ask as I customize my site. This would have saved both me and your company time in the long run.

I am early on in the process but have been impressed with the customer support so far. Shortly after purchase I scheduled an informative 45 min orientation session which I highly recommend. I can also reach customer service by phone easily enough and they have been patient and helpful each time. I don't have my full site up yet but so far I am encouraged. It looks like there are lots of options to create a great site. I don't mind the $99 add ons for additional features. It's still a good deal.

I have just started working with WebsiteBox to creat my new Real Estate website. I am just getting started, but have been very impressed with their desire to help. They are going out of their way to help me explore this maze. I know just enough about computers to be dangerous, so this help is invaluable.

I will keep you posted as things progress with my learning curve; but for now I am a very happy client.

I've been using Websitebox for a couple years now. At first I thought - $99 - what's the catch? But, I gave them a try and... there is NO CATCH. It's a great website for $99.

I thought this would be impossible, to create a web on my own, but for the first time I have. Thanks to WebsiteBox for helping me out. The contents were already there, they were very reliable anytime I called. I couldn't have asked for more. Like I said so far so good. I hope our relationship continues with no stress.
The only thing I have already inquired is about the language translator. There's no (Brazilian Portuguese), only Portuguese from Portugal. Would be nice to add that option as well.

Websitebox has been easy to set up and start to use and provides great tools and training without breaking the bank.

I had our first online session learning about the features offered yesterday. From what I was told, and what I could see, I am extremely excited to move forward and develop our website through WebsiteBox! There's still a lot to explore, and a lot for me to learn, but based on our conversation yesterday, I feel that the IT department and my personal website knowledge with create a great foundation for a fantastic experience.

This is a great value for websites and the walk-through was a big help. The number of initial e-mails caused a bit of confusion which is why I knocked off a star. Would definitely recommend based on early usage.

Easy to use to get your real estate business up and going on the web. Several different templates and designs to chose from. Lots of flexibility to customize the content to make it YOURS. Can't beat the $99 one time price point. Several different add ons for a nominal price.

I was able to work through my issues after experiencing a couple of frustrating Customer Service calls. Everything went smoothly once I got in touch with their CS manager, Dan. He is and was very professional, understanding, and conscientious.

My WebsiteBox does what it needs to do for only $99. It's a good value for the price.

I have reviewed many agent/broker sites and WebsiteBox does seem to good to be true but so far everything has been delivered as promised. What is offered is very similar to many of the other providers but they really do over charge for what you get. I will not name the name of the IDX service I use now but I have been paying $70 per month just for that function on my website. I am already going to save with WebsiteBox.
