Hi Sean,

We have our website hosting with Amazon's S3 server. The issue on their end caused a lot of our systems to go offline back then and thus the reason why you can't access your site or account that time.

Everything should be up and running by now, so you should be able to access your account. If you need anything else, feel free to send an email to us at support@websitebox.com
