Ordered a karaoke Magic Mike in April 2013 then returned it and call almost every week asking when I will get refunded and every week they ask for the tracking number and say the returns dept will contact me.
It is July 23rd and same woman to day told me the same thing!
Help I can't get anyone to help me the girl says she is the only person who works there and never spoke to anyone else no manager or supervisor is a available.
I called in to verify they had the products I wanted which were on the website and after some time they said that for sure the products I wanted (4 Sitka jackets) were in stock and available. So I placed the order. Two days later I get an email saying that one of them is on back-order indefinitely. Frustrating, but I guess I'll have to figure something out for that one. So I tell them to cancel the backorder item and ship the rest of the order. Then I get an email saying my entire order has been refunded. I follow up with a "why didn't you do as I asked and ship what you could?" to which the reply was basically "sorry, my apologies". No offer to place a new order, no direction. I guess they don't want a $1000 order. Sub par experience.
We apologize for the inconvenience that it has caused you. We were not able to track your package immediately that's why it took us until July to be able to process the refund. We rely on the tracking information for customers' returns since our warehouse is on another location. We were only able to get the correct tracking number when you gave it to us through email dated July 23rd. After confirming that the package was received and that the item was okay, we immediately processed the refund.
