The Weather Channel

I have seen better coverage on the Today Show and NBC Nightly News. Idiotic reports holding light posts. Hours of coverage of cranes that did not fall, 1 fell 2 did not. Nothing showing neighborhoods and flooding. Reporters were stationary with nothing new to say for hours. Reports telling people to stay inside as they hold onto to street signs and light posts to keep from being swept away in winds. COME ON, keep your employees safe. Get inside the building and take pics from windows. It's all sensationalized and ridiculous!

I've watched TWC for decades but I find their weekend, daytime segments and evening coverage to be lame.

I want weather. Not the fluff pieces about global warming or the 0light of wine growers. Weather nation has become a much more reliable source on a daily, 24 hour basis. While WM is reporting tornados in the evening, TWC is showing tow trucks and, well, more tow trucks.

WN has taken something that works and isn't "fixing" it. TWC has taken a working formula and broken it.

This weather site is virtually useless. It forecasts thunderstorms for days and then keeps pushing the timing back and back. Finally, there are not any thunderstorms; not even any rain. I am tired of the errors
And I will seek another weather website!

The weather channel app weather rader is about as accurate as a blind man in a dart throwing contest. It shows you weather system's moving trough places that the sun is actually shining. They need to do better or just stop predicting the weather all together...

Pattrn is absolutely the worst of the "new" Weather Channel. As soon as I see that it is on I turn it off or go to another channel. I hate way they try to make it like cross between Good Morning American and the national evening news. It is not fun to watch because it is so opinionated and full of itself. The other thing that as slowly changed is all of these ridiculous reality shows and almost no weather reporting on the weekends. Better get better Weather Channel or your gone from our cable package.

Cause you can't predict anything. Not even close. Why? If you old n can't keep up. Why? You get millions. So why can't you.? Your kids need money. They all paid a lot. So what's the deal? It's embarrassing to you it okay your family always taken care of.

The WC's radar is terrible. Is never correct. Yesterday was pouring where I was and the radar showed nothing in the area. Right now raining at my house, radar shows nothing. Will be deleting this app.

I don't understand what it is you people are doing because it sure af has nothing to do with weather. You guys have just cost me tons of money all because I trusted your useless weather forecast! Its never correct! NEVER! You people should be paying for the damages from the rain that wasn't supposedto happen. Thanks for nothing.

The Weather Channel is nice and reliable in giving hourly weather and pretty accurate. But... I am annoyed and may find a different website because they only show two day's worth of hourly weather now. They now want to suck money out of my pocket to get a week's worth of hourly weather.

The Weather Channel on the web has always misinformed the public with its endorsement of false leading ads and now it forces the user to see ads that very few if anyone is interested in. The ads forces the user to stop and close the ad. This is a bulling mentality. They are increasingly getting worse and I am using other weather sources as a result. Too bad they can't just do weather and I don't mind the ads along the side panel but having to deal with the ads that keep you from seeing the weather info is over the top. RMann

Hey congratulations guys you now have as many useless irritating commercials as the SYFY channel. It used to be weather and information. Now it's some weather and lots of useless crap. You should be proud.

I have been watching TWC since its inception. I am a weather nerd and have lived for years in weather-dangerous places. Over the last couple of years, I have been a full-time home caregiver, and TWC used to be such a nice background channel, but today I finally snapped. The weekends are the ABSOLUTE worst. The constant additions of these stupid shows like Search Party and Jade Hunting are ridiculous. Ice Road Truckers and the two highway rescue shows at least relate to weather. These game show and reality-type shows that have nothing to do with the weather and their fake over the top enthusiasm make me want to scream. So today, I switched it off, and I do not think I will be back. As for the app, forget it. TWC has done for weather what MYV did for music videos. Byron Allen needs to step away from this channel.

Not good@ all, forecasting the S.W. With complete false forcasts! What? Are you folling the current government stupidity, strict lying polices? Please bring back the true forcasts.

When i was 2 or 3 yeaars old when they played the 10 dayed forccast ever hour or ever half hour i forgot
I would be out in 3 seconds i fillbing love seeing the nubers and the other things but my favoite thing was the music i love that the music i came out room staring up at the tv and looking what was the forecast

Has anyone else noticed that when you try to leave the TWC site, and you click on your favorites list to drop down, and it just freezes, and you can't see your favorites, so you have to stay on the site for a while until they finally let you see your favorites list, and only then are you allowed to leave the site. Also, I have been seeing warnings that are essentially scare tactics, to get one to tune in more often because of an approaching storm. "Some storms may be sever, Have a plan" Here's my plan: I am deleting TWC from my favorites list and never going to allow IBM to control my computer again. The end.
