Purchased some shoes that were labeled as "orthopaedic" and supposed to help correct my arch. There is literally no arch support in them. I also measured my foot with a tape measure and picked the shoe size based on their size chart. The size "9" looked more like a 6 and obviously didn't fit. When I sent the customer service agent a message they said because it was on sale it was exempt from returns or exchanges. Even though the website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. The company made no effort to "satisfy" me. Now I'm $50 out and have ugly shoes that look "painted" and don't fit. I'm so "unsatisfied" and will NEVER order from this company ever again! STAY AWAY!
I bought the Smart 3 for my mother because this company claims it is a great phone for seniors but it was extremely hard to use. She couldn't turn off Facebook chat so it just added up costing her an extra $50. We exchanged the phone for the phone phone and used there return bag and label and they now claim they never received it. On top of all that there customer service people are not very nice. They seem to talk down to you.
I ordered a pair of shoes and they recommended buying half a size up from your normal size. I ordered a 9.5 and my daughter who is an 8 can't even wear them. Then they refused to let me exchange them or return them. Do not order from this company! They obviously just grab whatever they want to send and then your screwed and out the money you paid.
With all the recent hype and what seemed to be good reviews, I thought I would give them a try. I ordered two bras and was immediately disappointed with both. The seams are very thick and show through your clothing, which is a complete no for me. Additionally, the underwire creates a sharp pointed angle at the lower outside of each breast, which creates an immediately obvious deformity in the silhouette, even through clothing! Super disappointed, and the return only gave me a fraction of what I had paid! Terrible!

I ordered 4 bras because of GMA deals and steals. I have emailed them several times and got no response. I can't find a phone number for the company. It's now past time for a return. These are the worst-fitting bras ever. I don't recommend ordering these bras.
Company system does not track product sold against inventory. Orders take almost one month the delivery, and customer service does not look into issues to resolve them quickly or follow up. While COVId has brought on business challenges it did not create glitches in the system. I expected better service after the first reach out, and instead was given the copy/paste stock answer.
I had such high hopes for these bras but was very disappointed in their comfort or I should say lack of. I bought two of their tshirt bras (no underwire). I wear a small cup so I ordered the smallest size. The cups were big and I had nothing to fill them with other than tissue. The sides of the bra bunch up and are extremely uncomfortable. I washed them and gave them to goodwill. I'll never order bras from an online company again. I get great comfort from a shelf bra since I'm small chested.
Please don't buy. I bought 3 bras and 3 bralettes. The bras seemed ok at first, but stretched out. The bralettes look cute, but shift and my boobs pop out in the front. Extremely disappointed. Buy honey love or harper wilde. Those worked much better for me.
ZERO STARS - Buyer Beware!
NO refunds no exchanges no credit and ZERO customer service. I saw a 50% off sale of Lively Bras through an article link (I never went to their actual site) and purchased 4 bras. I thought what a great way to try the bras everyone seemed to be recommending and talking about. I received a beautifully packed box with my bras inside. I have brought bras online before and NEVER had an issue with the sizing but after a quick try of the Lively bras, they were too small. I contacted Lively customer service for an exchange – they say oh noooo those bras are final sale (no credit refund or exchange). So I basically gave them $90 and was told I could 'donate' the bras or 'give them to a friend'. Horrible customer service experience when they could have had a client for life.
I ordered from this company for the first time and when the item arrived it was way too small. They would not take it back or issue a refund as they said it was a final sale object. That was not apparent on the website when I purchased it. In addition it appeared that I was buying a set of pajamas but I only received the bottom. I will never work with this company again as they do not work with their customers.
I do not understand how wearlively.com has a 5 star review on this website. Look at TrustPilot, look at Yelp---all very poor. I ordered on 5/22/20,3 weeks later just some of the merchandise arrives. Everything was returned. Trying to get a refund from them takes a lot of persistence as they rarely respond to emails and even a phone call didn't solve the problem. After a month perusing them, I received a refund. Then yesterday 9/22/20-THEY CHARGE MY CARD FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER AGAIN. And the entire order was NEVER even received. The unscrupulous behavior of this company just doesn't stop. Read reviews people.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Lively-USA 1 month ago. I received them yesterday only to find out that they are way too small. All of my shoes are 6.5 US, there is no possible way for the shoes that I received from Lively are a 6.5. There is no size, materials or "made-in" tag anywhere on the shoes. After reaching out to the company for an exchange, I was told NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS despite their "14 day satisfaction money back guarantee on ALL products". Nearly every single product on their site is a sale product. EVERY single product on their site has EXACTLY 1073 positive reviews!?! Do not buy from this company, they are a scam.
We bought the phone. Gave them 2 codes to transfer my mother n laws old phone number. They gave her a dummy number. Wouldn't transfer old number. We canceled the phone. Within the first month. She had another phone we are paying for with her old number. Forgot about. Life goes on right. They are still charging us. Called to cancel it again. After telling the lady to cancel the phone over 3x's she still had not canceled the phone. She never gave me a satisfactory answer why it wasn't canceled before. So, flustered! Scam artist!
Took nearly a month to be sent a totally different size than I ordered, only to be told "too bad, so sad" you ordered them from the promo we sent you and sales items aren't refundable. Ok BUT YOU SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE ( by a lot) Also the material is super itchy and $#*!ty. Save your coin. Shop elsewhere!

Trying to return pants. Company wants pics of what I bought instead of just sending me the return info. I provided the order # that is all I should need. The pants received did not fit and the material was cheap.

Should have known better to purchase from an Instagram ad, but lesson learned. Bought some sale bras... Several were marked final sale and several were not. Used their measuring guidelines online, which resulted in the same size as my go-to bras; this was not surprising as I didn't think I needed a size change. Bras arrived and they are UNBELIEVABLY small----they look like kids bras. I tried them on and yep, waaaaaay too small in both band and cup size. Went to website to return & found NONE of the 6 bras I purchased are returnable. Wrote to customer service and was informed that final sale means unable to exchange for size as well; some of my items are "ineligible for return" which I was told means they are no longer selling the style---howevwr the bras are still available on their website. Was also told that the "final sale" items are back to full price on the website which makes even leas sense why they would not honor a return or exchange.
As far as quality goes, the bras I purchased ( several t-shirt styles, front clasp, and a bralette) are thin material that does not look like it would hold up well. However, if the sizing was accurate I would have gave them a shot. As it is, I'll ve reporting to BBB & disputing the charge with my credit card.

Answer: Absolutely not! And not many people can. Look at other website reviews. Horrible customer service if you can get them to respond at all.
