Love the tapestries!

We had someone referr this shop to us. We read all the negative reviews and almost didn't finish the purchase, but I am glad we did. They had a great promotion going on and the tapestries we purchased were very inexpensive and good quality. It took a few weeks but worth the wait

Do not buy!

I never received my order from them that I placed on their website over 2 months ago. I attempted numerous times to contact them and resolve the issue and have been more than reasonable and gracious but after not getting a single response or attempt by them to refund me or send me what I paid for, I knew I needed to do something and this is my only option. Don't get swindled and throw your money away like I did! Do your research before buying from any business. One look at the reviews for this business and I learned that they were not reliable and have stolen a lot of money from their customers. I recently went to a fair and saw they had a tent where they were selling their products. I asked about my situation and tried to talk to the owner but instead was met by a very rude young woman who claimed to have zero knowledge about anything yet was the only one in charge. The prices they were charging at this event was also completely different than what they charge on their website. I honestly don't even know who the business owner is because he never responds and apparently doesn't even run his own business at events! I hope this helps someone and keeps them from losing money like I did.

**FOLLOW UP BEWARE OF WAZ SHOP POST**
So, after I posted numerous call out posts Waz Shop finally responded to me and said he would exchange my hoodie after many ignored contact attempts by email and social media. He asked me to remove all of my call out posts which I did. I'm adding the original back in plus this follow up. He said his mother runs his customer service and gave me a different email than his website has posted for me to contact her. "She" responded and said for me to send the hoodie back and once received she'd send the new one. After paying another $10 for shipping I've never received my replacement and not I'm not getting a response from them again after more emails and social media messages. DO NOT BUY FROM WAZ SHOP! HE JUST PLAYS GAMES TO RIP YOU OFF! Nothing but a scam. My bank is disputing the charge! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!

BE CAREFUL OF Waz Shop everyone! Waz Shop is ripping me off. He gave me the wrong hoodie at EDC even after I stood there and talked to him for a tiny bit being friendly telling him how I'm a repeat online customer, tipped him, and now he hasn't responded to any of my multiple emails or fb messages sent to him to make this right. I see on the BBB website that he's ripped many people off and ignores them. I filed a dispute with the bank and will be creating as many online shout out posts as I can in every single FB group! I spent almost $100 after my tip. Very sad he treats his repeat customer this way THAT EVEN TIPPED HIM! I bought pins from him online in the past on a few occasions so everyone beware!

Liars and thieves

Bought from these guys a few times, long waits sometimes but it was worth. Good merch. Good customer reps. Baaaaaad at fulfillment. This last order I placed with them was made in April, here it is $#*!ing October and they have finally stopped emailing me back when I ask about my order or a refund. Went from runarounds and excuses to blatantly ignoring the customers they steal from. If you order from this site beware; they will probably steal from you too. Rip my 100 dollars

My wife placed a large order on July 5th for 5 tapestries that were in stock(including birthday gifts)... gave them my money and to this day(September 22) have not recieved my order... it hasn't even shipped... they don't answer emails they don't answer facebook ims... you get restricted if you say anything negative about them not answering emails or messages on their posts about sales and give aways... the OWNER couldn't even get off his $#*! and defend his business DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CLOWNS

I'm sad to say that no one should buy from wazshop or Andrew the owner I have bought one or duplicate of like 80% of the store and previous times I've gotten everything in a decent amount of time but the last two orders I've placed #1 took 2+ months to arrive after a bunch of hassle back and forth then this last order placed was on March 21st and now it's $#*!ing September... 6months! I've emailed, they say well figure it out but apparently not. And I've recently tried to email again but it said it wasn't an email address and I was replying to the last email they sent

2 months still nothing

I placed an order back in April I have a confirmation number I have received nothing I have tried to contact customer service for any info or update at least 5 times and have heard nothing back at all.
I wanna say they are a scam but unfortunately I have placed orders with them in the past and actually received them in a fair amount of time but not this time save your money you get the same quality from Amazon for a better price. Will update this review if anything changes

Not worth the wait (wazshop)

I enjoy the artwork but to make customers wait months for a order is completely unprofessional and unacceptable! When a item is purchased it should not be a burden to full fill the order. How lazy are your employees to force people to wait 3 or 4 months for them to get what they order! Forget about buying for a birthday present unless you order a year in advance, I ordered something for a friend's birthday well my package is still not even sent but hey atleast you made the label? What are you smoking to think people will wait for someone's birthday to pass without the gift!
Can I get a refund on my oder that I placed in April and still haven't received my tapestry, it hasn't even been shipped yet only a label has been created for almost a month now which is pathetic how long it takes for you to ship something that clearly doesn't require a few months to complete

As title says, it's been over a month. Still no progress on my order. I've sent 3 emails, messaged their FB page, and messaged one of their team members that has been "handling" customer support.

These guys used to be great about 5 years ago.

Now they're washed up trash. It's a scam. Not a real business. The owner has been seen on live stream freaking out, calling his customers his paycheck, and telling one '$#*! off' because they said they were having a good night. Owner is 'depressed' yet using money from unfulfilled orders to go to festivals.

Seriously do not waste your money here. I'm still trying to get refunded, or back charge my order. Took a Big L on my money with my order.

Best tapestry store!

I've ordered from Waz Shop multiple times, I have always gotten amazing customer service from them and my orders have always came very quickly (like maybe a week tops-except my one mask during covid, which was not a huge deal considering the circumstances). They have great and efficient customer service and I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Not to mention they're constantly having amazing deals and promos so everything is very affordable for the quality. I also love that the art is handmade from artists across the US and not just factory made cheap stuff from overseas. I highly recommend this store for awesome, trippy clothing, tapestries, etc.

I placed an order at the beginning of September. At the end of end of December beginning of January I contacted my bank and got my money back after months of emails with no replies after being told they would look into it. My order said it was delivered but it wasn't, I contacted usps only to find out that it was actually sent back. I had the screenshots and the last place it was scanned from my conversation with the postal service attached to my email as well. I have bought from waz shop before I have about 10 tapestries that I did receive with no issues. But the communication this guy has is ridiculous and if you mention it on his Facebook page you get people talking stuff to you for being impatient and not understanding and its"worth the wait" then here he comes with his defensive rude replies. As much time as this guy is on his Facebook page he could've been replying to people about their order. The tapestries are cool but aren't all that that the brown nosers claim. All in all sure if you want to be unsure if your package will ever get delivered to you and or not get any kind of communication from them then order away.

This company is a scam

I ordered twice in September of 2021. I ordered three hoodies. One order said it was shipped, and never moved, this was 6 months ago. The other order never changed status after I purchased, this was also 6 months ago. I have reached out via email, social media, and the Shop app, but only received one response months ago, and since have not received a response or my items. The original response stated that the items were on hold due to shipping issues, but here we are 4 months later, no longer responding, no updates, and no offer for a refund. Meanwhile, they are still posting adds for sales, and their site is still selling. This is either a scam, or a truly sketchy company.

The package arrived after 2 months, they charged me 80 € for shipping and another 80 € without saying anywhere about customs fees, they no longer answered me after that
I pointed this out. Since I made a large order, I asked for a gift, they assured me that they would put it but it was not present. Horrible experience that I don't recommend to anyone, they make friends first and then they butt$#*! you

I have ordered multiple times and have had most of my orders come in except this most recent one and my Christmas present from a boyfriend. This latest one I have even tried to contact them and no one will respond to me and it's been two weeks and my order is not fulfilled so basically they just stole money from me without sending out my son's stuff

Worst company ever

I only gave 1 STAR because it wont let me leave zero stars. I ordered a shirt from my son back in October it has been sitting waiting for shipment for over a month it's fixing to be December I still haven't returned the shirt 6 emails and a 100 phone calls later it still has not been resolved do not purchase from this company because they have no problem taking your money not sending your item and not giving it back this company is bull$#*!
