Unbelievable experience I ordered 6 taps in November for Christmas and let me tell you if I knew then ughhh... so I order it payed $100 says right on the site 7-14 days I'm like great gifts for brothers and sisters the product looks awesome. Time goes by never says it's shipped so I try emailing Facebook messenger and Instagram no response at all this is December 5th or something so then I wait wait wait then try emailing again no response... on December 12th the tracking says a label was printed and on the 14th I get an auto email saying it was shipped and I look at the tracking and post office is saying that's a lie!?!?!? So I email again no response at this point I got some email about a Facebook group for people that order so I join that in hopes of answers ( bad idea but enlightening). The owner makes several post ignoring several buyers pleads for answers most are saying these are for Christmas where is my stuff he ignores every. By December 20th I have made several emails comments ect with no responses and then out of the blue December 23rd the own is making post about woe is me my life is so hard and people are asking for refunds through there cards and it's charging me fees and then he literately says he thinks he's going to give everything in the business away and kill himself I can't even make this up. Dude is an unstable drug addict which explains how poorly he runs his business and that group is full of what seems like cult members that praise his name and his 3 month shipping times idk what all these people are smoking but the koolaid is all over that group. I eventually got banned from the group went through my card to get my money back it's December 25th no Christmas presents had to buy other things thanks waz you ruined Christmas for a $#*! ton of people ‍ If anyone wants some entertainment look up the group wazshoppers on Facebook

Have been a big consumer of this website since launch, and I'll say they have a great selection of tapestries and other such items. Very good quality too. But on my last purchase I encountered a problem I hadn't before. It was my best friend's birthday so I chose 3 that he would like, one of them being smash brothers. Now when I received his gift after promising him a smash brothers tapestry, it was not included in my shipment. Instead I was sent a rock and morty tapestry. Now this was clearly a mix up, which is fine no big deal. I contact a guy named Eli through their customer support team, he's a pretty nice guy. Proceeds to tell me it was an error during packaging and that if I send them 10 more dollars they will send me out the tapestry I ordered. Like are you kidding me? If I give you more money I will get what I was promised in the first place? Absolutely not. So I tell him I flat out refuse and that it was ridiculous of them to ask for payment which was already received, to cover the cost of their mistake. To this Eli responds with 'no worries, we will get that smash tap sent out to you right away!' lies. It's been 2 months since I ordered the tapestry and since then I have tried to contact them regarding the supposed 'smash tap' I should be receiving. To this my efforts were rewarded with their customer service email blocking my email address. Very childish games from a company that can't get a simple 3 poster order correct. In the past I would've gone out of my way to bring them business, and have sent many people to their sites for tapestries. Now I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. Empty promises, order inaccuracies, lies and evasion are all you can expect from this selfish site.
