I removed one star because of prices being high. Quality is very good, and if it is not satisfactory the customer service has been amazing in my experience.
Purchased 3 beds from here and they all broke within a year. Bed legs snapped off which caused the side rails to break. Kids beds suffered broken legs and mattress support slats snapped. Recieved a recall notice last month for being unsafe. Too late, they are already in the garbage. If the dollar store made furniture, it would be this quality. Will NEVER purchase from Wayfair again
I used to enjoy shopping from Wayfair. They had very nice representatives and large variety of products with easy to use website. Lately if you have questions or you have problems with received order they really make you regret ordering from them.I ordered a set of furniture and coffee table. Coffee table came with a label which was saying materials used in bottom glass might be cancerous and also table came with scratches. I called 3 times in 2 days. One of customer service staff named Angela was so rude and mean. She
was just making complications instead of helping. Instead of Wayfair taking care of problem they passed me to manufacturer.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Wayfair themselves have fulfilled the package properly. Unfortunately, they've made the mistake of doing business with Purolator and forced that carrier upon us for our order. This is a message to Wayfair management. If you're serious about e-commerce and customer experience, do not ever use Purolator. They do not understand B2C and are 20 years behind in residential shipping practices. I advise anyone to steer clear of Wayfair.ca as long as they are forcing Purolator on their customers. Otherwise, I'm sure they're great.
I made several purchases from Wayfair Canada in October and November 2022. I have yet to see anything appear in my account. In the past, I have contacted them and followed up a couple times this time I did not bother. I have just stopped using them altogether.
They take way to long to deliver. Ordered a chair from Wayfair Canada and it had to make 5 pit stops before it even left California.
Everytime you order something, it becomes an international order...so absolutely no tracking #. How can things be shipped without a tracking #? You only get notification the day before it arrives!

Ordered a genuine leather chair, credit card charged twice then fixed then charged again. It's not free shipping if you want it even 1 step into your house. Chair finally arrive not leather and had a mark on arm. No compensation for all the aggravation. The only positive the customer service was exceptional.
First they said if I signed up for their emails I would get 10%. Waited several minutes, no email.
Placed my order, then got the 10% off email. Sounds like a scam already, not a good start.
Ordered one item 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows the item has moved to a nearby location but is still sitting there one week later. No idea when it will get here.
Received shipping updates saying it had been delivered somewhere in Kentucky. Asked customer service and they said I should not have seen that, it was an internal transfer...

I want to buy a power lift chair for my mom and all of a sudden recliners are not shipped to Canada off the Canadian site.

Called to ask questions about an item, they helped me place an order via the phone, They messed up the email and can not change it because the item has "shipped" all ready...
It was less then an hour, no warehouse is that fast. Their policies say you can cancel an order as long as it has not shipped yet, but everything is shipped as soon as you hit pay now. They also said the item was in Canada and it's not. I had to go out of my way and create a new email with there misspellings of my email in order to access my account only to find out they filled in the address with spaces between all the would be single words... my street name is not split up. Logging in did $#*!-all as the tracking does not work till the order crosses the border. If its shipped via FedEx or UPS they track all items, it was not shipped and there system sucks to fix anything. Not off to a good start,
May need to call my credit card and report the charge as undelivered if it does not show,
This is the second comforter set purchased and returned. The sizes are small compared to others. The quality of the comforter is certainly not worth $153.00. I would not recommend this item. On a positive note, I did order a set a few months ago and it was beautiful. Wayfair is prompt with delivery and so far, easy to return.
I ordered an Aleko motorized awning. It took 14 days to arrive, which was 2 days early. I opened it as soon as it arrived, and the motor kit was not in the package.
I went to my order and checked yes the motor kit and remote were part of the sale. I also noticed the price was reduced by 50.$ (6%) I called Wayfair customer service and brought both of these to her attention. She ordered the parts for me and gave me a delivery of June 6th. These parts are in the warehouse of Aleko in Seattle. And would not expedite them. Also because I did not request a price reduction within 7 days of entering the order I was not entitled to a credit. I had not even received the goods yet, but I was not getting a rebate.
Store policy she said. I should have sent back the package as not beeing compleat, and reordered it again.
Will not be a next time for me.
Hi friends, just a friendly reminder when ordering products from Wayfair in Canada that your making sure that it's. Ca NOT. Com. If it seems too good of a price confirm it's Canadian. All promo ads you get are US. I learned the hard way. I ordered 2 products and got nailed the US exchange for an OK product.
I live in Ottawa Ontario in Canada. Wayfair texted me tracker status without give me Tracker Number. That is true?
