Purchased the "Model One" wave machine and it's more noisy than I expected. Customer service was originally very good, but when I got the replacement unit it made the same noises, so I reached out again and got the reply "that's normal". At that point I inquired about a return to which the owner replied that there were no returns except in cases of damaged units or defects. To me - this was a defective unit so I persisted. Then he just stopped answering my emails. Furthermore, there is no statement on the website that they do not take returns. Only a notice on some items that there is a huge restocking fee of 18%. I expected much more from a $550 wave machine. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
This guy took great care of me. I had an old Lava Wave Machine that was almost out of luid, would not rock back and forth and was generally beat up. I contacted him through his site and he agreed to refurbish it. Two weeks later I got it back and my jaw hit the floor! He had replaced the fluids inside with his own and polished the whole exterieor so it looked new! Awesome service and products!
