Fraud of a company

A game where you have to farm for a long time to get the rare items, when you trade you risk it all due to players that charges back the prenium currency they bought while leaving you with the bill and there are no help from the support.

Banned for trading with the wrong people

Spent over 600$, played over 1000h. Got banned for trading with someone that disputed a payment to DE. Biggest waste ever.
Utter contempt for users
Support takes up to 1 month to answer support tickets.
