Was a little difficult getting correctly ordered, but customer service was fantastic! I would order again not only because product is awesome, but because customer service was so responsive :)
Very difficult to navigate personalized message part. Also told I had a discount, but wouldn't accept code.
Super easy and intuitive. Super fast delivery from Bali to Germany. Beautifully, handcrafted bracelets. It's actually our third or fourth order within the last two to three years. I purchased a pair of the horn crossing paths bracelets for a Valentine's Day gift and they look nice.
I was supposed to have received my items already. I was at home when I received the notification that my items were out for delivery. A while later, I received another notification that said that delivery was attempted and it was not.

Shopping was easy but choosing a location on mobile site can be tricky. Also the free tote bag offer wasn't working when I spent exactly $60, had to add another sticker for the offer to work. When I recieved my order I never recieved the tote bag. So I spent extra for no reason.

I find it odd shipping rates changed after entering payment. However, the team at wanderer bracelets did a great job at handling the matter. Very satisfied with both their product and service. Very professional.

Ordered my first bracelet and was supposed to get 15% off for my first order and free shipping. Went to pay and they charged me $3.95 shipping.
