I ordered this pc around the 20th of december in 2020. It did came late febuary early march but the pc had all the parts that it advertised except the case was different. Its not a bad case but I wouldnt say its worse. However I do assume the pc took that long to come because a chip shortage happened right after/before I ordered it so that explains it. They even mentioned it in a call that they were waiting on a call, customer service does help and even gave us that information when we asked why it hadnt come one week after another customer service rep told us it would. Good website. Linus tech tips even reviewed one of their pcs a while ago, however because of the chip shortage some if not all pcs have gone up in price. For example I know the rogue used to be 600 when i got it, the aurora used to be 699. However this is for every prebuilt pc website out there right now and the rogue is still good value as most around that price range usually lack something vital. Like a graphics card or 4-8 gbs of ram.
