Brilliant vpn one of the best vpn I have ever used. Its quick. Friendly and so easy to use
I would recommend it all new users. There are based in Bulgaria and there date center is based in Switzerland.
I have been a customer for several years, and used their services on several devices. Everything works smoothly every day, and the one time I had a problem the customer service helped me solve it within two hours.
Other than unexpected disconnection while streaming, I like the way it is very easy to use. The price is good compared to many out there. Also I once contacted support and they were quick to help me out.
I gave it 3 out of 5 because it is slow most of time
Pretty much does what it says on the tin. Works great for BBC iPlayer on a Mac. If anything, the VPN runs much smoother and with fewer problems on OS compared to Windows. Have not had to use support yet after almost a year of use.
Most of good vpn i tried doesnt come with china vpn, if u need something like me, want to watch chinese drama movie. Music... should try vpnarea, rest of vpn give stable connection speed, highly recommend
Does not work too well with older Mac OS X like El Capitan. App freezes up (cannot quit--must restart). I cannot send any e-mails (cannot access my outgoing mail server). Some web sites have denied access forcing my to quit by restarting. Older Mac OS cannot use the newest VPNArea App, it is limited to V1.08 so I don't know how well it works with newer systems but its a real pain with my system.
The VPN itself is pretty fast and good, it is a decent VPN which fulfills the scope. On the other side, support is really poor and annoying. It does not provide appropriate assistance and solve issues. Sadly but support is really cheap.
Lousy support! My VPN client on MAC OS does not work, been waiting for help for a month. Getting all the standard nonsense response from the online chat. GET ANOTHER VPN. AVOID!
I signed up a year ago, never was able to get everything figured out what I needed (5 IPs, for one), paid $80, never got it setup to work the way I needed. I asked them if they would be willing to try again to give me service for the amount I paid, they offered me 1/52nd of what I paid for. (a week) Whee! Yeah, no, Going to another company that can offer me what I need, and cheaper. For what I paid for them, I'd could get 5 years at another company.
No idea if their service works or not, couldn't get that far with it. I need it to run in a router (the dd-wrt router that is open source is what I want - so it can setup it to connect multiple machines easily without having a dedicated machine) - Needed this to replace my existing setup with Static IPs that I'm paying my ISP for.
Poor customer service, slow response time, access terminated early. I expect better customer service and response time to issues. The numerous outages this year alone are not acceptable.
Software set up easy & quick.
Plenty of settings to set your preferences
Fast & seems secure
Only problem so far is keeps disconnecting when PC asleep & not auto connecting on start up. Settings not yet sorted this... may be me, will see

I thoroughly enjoy using the Canadian jump off point for most of my activities. Nice part is that all local traffic on my network still works without any issues. There have been a couple of times that I couldn't connect to the VPN, had to move around to a couple of different locales, but was able to get connected eventually.
No Logs. Static IPs - exactly what I needed. Good customer service! They have servers all around the world. (I took off 1-star for no VPN tunneling. It would be very nice to be able to route which devices go thru the VPN and which ones do not.)
A very reliable provider of VPN services. Excellent prices and excellent quality service, especially like the ability to share the connection and therefore the cost with friends. Plenty of servers around the world to choose from. Connections are reliable and fast for browsing, torrent, kodi streaming, etc. Would recommend as one of the best providers around at some of the best prices available.
Best app very great app I certify that this review is based on my own experience and that I am in no way affiliated with this business, and have not been offered any incentive or payment from the business to write this review.
I have been a VPN area subscriber for several years. I must admit that the service provided has never given me any problems and the VPN has always worked perfectly. Over the years a series of apps have also been released for each device and its servers have always been optimized to make them faster. In doing so, it has been confirmed as one of the best VPNs in the world. The service meets all security and privacy requirements, and continues to prove super reliability. Recommended.
Installed on 5 devices inc. PC's (Win), Android (phone and Shield TV Pro) and IOS. Flawless performance on all platforms. Used out of country Netflix and BBC iPlayer regularly without drama. Opted for 3 year deal so very competitive pricing. P2P also robust.
Connections in many countries, fast and secure protocols. Also the guide and settings for many devices as routers as well. I use it now since several years and I'm very happy - also with the customer support.
VPNArea is a good, solid, reliable service. Its top speeds make it ideal for video streaming, but the impressively high security and strong encryption it offers make it the number one choice for someone who needs only the very best.
So far I'm having a good experience. There was a mistake in an extra charge on my account and the CSR team took care of it immediately. They were very quick to respond and refund my money. I'm happy with the service it's good connections(when they connect). The VPNA app does seem to be kind of hobbled together. When it connects it drops a lot especially when downloading from a website. Also I'm not sure the certificates for OpenVPN are updated regularly on the website to download. So aside from a few quirks I'm happy with the service. Just fine tune the app and keep certificates up to date to download for OpenVPN and it will be Great!
Thanks for everything
