I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and I wanted to return them so I could correct my prescription. Telephone number for customer service no one answering just voicemail to say no representative to take your call and to try later then click. I want the glasses just want to correct my prescription. How can I get help when no one is answering online and telephone. I need an address for return. I am willing to pay for the new prescription. Help!

I have purchased several pairs of glasses from them and have recommended them to other people that has been complete satisfied with their glasses. One pair came that was a little loose I called customer service and they sent me another pair that I chose from the sight and let me keep the pair that I complained about. I love this place and will continue to purchase my beautiful glasses from them

First pair of glasses-cute but not right prescription. I waited more than 30 days to make a complaint and it wasn't until i reviewed them on a public site that they responded and offered to send me another pair for free. UPS demanded I pay them $25 for customs because the shipper refused to pay it. So in the end, no glasses, no refund which was promised, and nothing else.

I ordered a pair of eyeglasses from Voogueme and the frames were super cute. However, they didn't make my prescription lenses well. The lenses were blurry. They told me several times that if they made the lenses wrong, they would give me a full refund. I went back and forth with them via email trying to get a refund. They asked me a million questions, and I felt like they were simply stalling and giving me the runaround. They did not want to give me my money back for a pair of defective glasses that they made. I disputed the purchase with my bank. These people are cheap and dishonest. Avoid doing business with Voogueme. Buy your Eyewear some place else.

I was so excited to get my new glasses the frames are absolutely beautiful however the prescription lenses were a complete disaster. They were Progressive and not even close to the prescription that was provided in the order. I have taken the glasses to my eye doctor and they said they were simply magnified lenses they weren't even actual prescription lenses. It took an extremely long time to get the glasses and as I said it was very disappointing. These were not particularly inexpensive they were almost $160 and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to discuss a refund. I should have known better than to order anything that I saw on Facebook or for that matter online but they were such attractive and unusual frames I thought I would give it a try. Well lesson learned, won't ever happen again. BEWARE do not look at this company if you have prescription lenses.

Beautiful, high quality glasses and lenses at an affordable price! I absolutely love this place! The script is perfect in all the glasses I've purchased from here. I've never had a problem with this company. Highly recommend!

This company does not do refunds and if you have an issue with your order they will stop messaging. Would not reccomend ordering from here.
