I returned a broken item and received an in-store credit due to the warranty. Then I invested more money in another order (total around 160€).
Unfortunately, these items were too small for me and I wanted to send them back. In the return instructions it was then recommended not to insure the package because it would entail additional costs. So I sent the package uninsured on recommendation and it allegedly never arrived. When I reported this to the support, they said I was responsible for it myself and no further steps were taken (credit note, etc.).
I then ordered something again and sent it back for testing (same address, same shipping company), but this time insured. The package arrived within 4 days with no problems. I'm pretty sure that this loophole was exploited and I'm extremely disappointed in the seller. The items are not bad and well made, that's why there are 2 stars... otherwise a total letdown.

I bought 2 chains/necklaces from them. Both are very good quality products, minimalist designs but I personally love minimalistic things so these are perfect for me.

They came in secure packaging, also comes in a small box and a velvety pouch. My order also came with a free sticker and a free ring measure tool so you can use it to check your ring size so you can purchase rings from the website.

Overall, very easy to use, lovely products and were delivered in a decent amount of time as. My products were shipped from Portugal to the UK.

Would purchase from here again!
