When I honestly gave a doctor low star, Vitals did not take it. It either did not send me email for verification, or did not allow me to submit my review.

This site helped me pick the right doctor! I would recommend this to anyone needing medical attention!

I am originally from the Boston area. I moved down permanently to Florida about two years ago so I had no health network to consult in case of a medical difficulty. After asking friends and visiting many doctors, I received a recommendation from a friend who gave me the name of Dr. Maria Arguello. I have been with her since October of 2019 when I was diagnosed with Temporal Arteritis.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Arguello. Because of my condition, I need to see her quite often and with short notice. I have felt so incredibly fortunate because throughout this medical ordeal I have been able to meet with her as I needed without any problem—she always found time to give me sound advice. Even with the limitations of the pandemic, she made telemedicine available to me which was a God sent especially with my health challenge.

Dr. Maria Arguello has many patients and is thus very busy; however, I have never felt rushed by her during our visit or call. On the contrary, she always takes her time to listen to what I have to report, assesses my lab results, examines me and then she responds with thoughtful, sound advice filled patience, encouragement and providing next steps and hope for speedy recovery. I always feel better after I see her, stronger and uplifted. I would like to highlight that my medical challenge is complicated and even so I have found that Dr. Arguello's expertise and advise is always sound and on the mark. I know I am very fortunate to have Dr. Arguello as my doctor.

I want to add that Dr. Arguello, single-handedly runs a family medical center that is staffed with caring, respectful and efficient health professionals who always make you feel welcome. I am very happy to have found Broward Family Care Center to support my health care.!

At the very beginning, he seemed to be a great, knowledgeable doctor who knew how to treat my chronic pain. That didn't last long. Any time I called the office, the front desk staff always sounds as if you are bothering them. Often times, before the call ends, I still say "THANK YOU". However, they always slam the phone down before I could finish my sentence. I met with the PA and she was quick and seemed bored while I was explaing my situation. I also had to literally spell out the meds I was on bc she had no idea. Dr. Cash was very pleasant the first few visits. He then advised me which med he wanted me to take. I was away on vacation and forgot my meds(yes, my fault) and it was needed bc I had a bad fall on my knee and ended up in the ED. I have a sprained knee.
The doc who attended to me advised me to call Dr. Cash asap so that he can call in just a weeks worth of meds until I got home. Dr. Cash calls me back to say "I don't call in meds for a sprain and it's your fault you left your meds, not mine. And besides I am not giving you those pills anymore" Keep in mind that HE was the one that had me on them for 3 months and thinks my pain will magically go away. Never have I had such a horrible experience! I will be looking for a new pain doc and will also be reporting him as soon as I get back home!

It baffles me that negative, honest reviews (in the absence of profanity) are often not posted to the site or need to be submitted multiple times before receiving approval, yet, positive doctor reviews are posted immediately preceding a negative review. Sounds to me that many doctors are paying off this company to offset negative reviews by replacing them with positive reviews as a form of advertisement. Many people have filed complaints with the BBB. If you are searching for information regarding doctors' credentials refer to your local State Dept. of Health, state medical board, local courts (to see if there are any malpractice complaints against a doctor), Medicare, or the NIH for information regarding your medical condition or procedure. This site cannot be trusted I found the positive reviews to be fake and the negative reviews are more reliable. Not all doctors have five star reviews. I have been to plenty doctors and most that I have been to would get three stars or less if I am evaluating both them and their office staff.

Vitals.com should require people to identify themselves at the very least! Not reliable reviews!
