ORDERED A PRODUCT ON FEB 3. THREE WEEKS LATER, NO PRODUCT. CALLED VITAGLO & WAS TOLD I'LL GET A CALLBACK. NO ONE CALLED BACK. CALLED THEM BACK IN A WEEK. WAS TOLD MY ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. IF I HAD NOT OF CALLED THEM, I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THAT MY ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. WAS TOLD THAT MY DEBIT CARD WOULD BE REFUNDED. I ASKED WILL IT BE REFUNDED TODAY AND THEY SAID YES. CARD WAS NEVER REFUNDED. A WEEK LATER I REPORTED THEM TO THE B. B. B. AND CONSUMER PROTECTION. 2 AND A HALF WEEKS AFTER REPORTING THEM TO THE 2 AGENCY'S, I GOT A FULL REFUND. SO TWO MONTHS AFTER ORDERING AND GETTING NO PRODUCT, I FINALLY GOT A REFUND. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCOUNDRELS AND CROOKS AS I AM SURE IF I HAD NOT OF GOTTEN THE 2 AGENCY'S INVOLVED, THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT MY MONEY AND GIVEN ME NOTHING. MY ADVICE... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Ordered Agave that totaled $175.10 days later I reached out asking where my product was. They told me that I had to pay $20 shipping. When it clicked, and I asked, "Wait, you haven't even shipped it?", they lost their minds. Ended up refusing to talk on the phone, only email. When I told them this was terrible customer service, she replied " there is no customer service"
A week later, I found an email in my spam folder, telling me it was going to cost them $59 to ship my product, and that they would split the shipping with me. This was sent to me a day or so after I placed my order, but I never saw it. So instead of them calling me, and explaining, they apparently intended on keeping my money, and just seeing if I ever reached out.
Hands down, worst customer service I have seen in 20 years. They jumped to the defense so quickly, and seemed so agitated, as if they were the ones not receiving something they had ordered, that it leads me to believe that this is an ongoing problem.
Domestic orders over $100 receive free shipping. False. You guys need to up your game, because my review will simply get lost in the long line of disappointed customers.
They've sent me an expired product and once I asked for a refund- just disappeared. They sell something that you eat - so find more reliable supplier
The balance of my order was never sent, it has been 2 months since I placed my order, i was going to cancel it, but thought I'd leave it as a standing order just to see if they would ever follow thru, which they have NOT! WOW! Don't know how a business like this stays in business. Zero service, lack of follow follow up, rude. They are as bad as it can possibly get, maybe worse.
I placed a large order on Dec 6th, 2018,
I received PART of my order of Dec 18th, missing 4 items, I emailed them immediately, they responded that the rest of my order would be shipped within the week, but that didn't happen, I wrote to them again on January 10th, 2019 to see where my order was, no response. Write again on the 15th, again no response.
I called them a few days later, a man answered, I asked where my order was, he said he would check on it and call me right back. That was nearly a week ago, still waiting for that call.
I will never buy anything from this company again, service sucks!

When I called to ask a question regarding my order, (3rd call), the man would not allow me to speak, told me that he didn't care if I ever ordered again and told me that he would not listen to complaints (I did not have a complaint) and that he would not be "threatened"!
Threatened? I was nothing but nice when I could get a word in! Then he hung up on me.

The Vitaglo site says that they ship by UPS, they do not, they ship USPS. The site says that they ship quickly, they do not. It took they a full week to print a shipping label. The tracking number says that it was delivered on the same date that the shipping label was created! Was not delivered.

Do not order from this site! Most horrible customer service i have ever experienced before in my life! From what I can tell it is a self-owned business with a few people helping. Everyone is rude. They cancel orders without even telling you why. They don't even communicate to you why an order has not been shipped, they just say oh we will refund you. And do not give you a chance to get any questions asked. Yes the prices are good, but the hassle is terrible. Very rude!
There people are the most unprofessional and extremely rude, I called for my order to ask if it was shipped. The person that answered the phone barely asked for my zip code and said it wasn't shipped yet and he'll refund me The money then hang up on me. I think he was in a rush talk to his coworkers intead of helping me get my order. These type of people should not work in customer service. They suck!
This guy will rip you off. Do not buy from vitaglo. I only recieved part of my order and then never heard from the company again. Worst customer service ever.

They shipped me 4 bottles of a supplement that expired in 2017. It is unethical for any company to sell such product. They said the product was discontinued (not true) but I could return (any my own expense) for a refund. So it cost me to return outdated products that they should have never shipped. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. It was the first and last time. Too bad I had not checked the reviews first.
Please stay away from this website, i made an order of some vitamins, they never send me any confirmation email, but they got my money right away from my credit card, then it takes 2 weeks to received just 2 bottles, so i i decide to call them and i was trying to ask about where is the rest of my product and then He just said what was my zip code after i told him he said we send it already it will be there on Thursday, i just open my mouth to try to formulated a question and he just hang up... wtf... he was so rude as hell! Horrible website, never buy again at this company!

I ordered product on June 20th and never received my product. I sent an email and never heard from them so I decided to call.
I've been in customer service for quite some time so I am always polite because it's rarely customer services fault for whatever issue has happened. I am agreed on the phone by someone very rude that wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before interrupting me. I even understand people have bad days so I let that slide. He with a rather rude tone tells me he'll call me back. In a turn of shocking events he doesn't call back.
I call again and then politely ask for a refund. He cuts me off again saying. " you've been refunded." and then hangs up on me.
I've never been treated like this before and it is absolutely ridiculous
These people ARE RUDE AS HELL! 8 days after ordering I had zero responses to my emails, no tracking number, nothing under order status... so I called them. They interrupted me on numerous occasions, were short with me AND hung up on me! They carried this bubble bath my grandma used to get for us when we were kids and I was SO excited I had found them hust to get screwed over by these losers. Wish I would have seen some of these awful reviews!
Awful company, very short and rude over phone. This after several attempts via email (advised from email confirmation of order) to get response. I ordered several things and one was missing. When I finally go someone on the phone, he said "Oh yeah, we don't have that one". SO WHY HAVE IT AVAILABLE TO ORDER?
My charge was put through to AMEX the day I placed the online order, but 10 days later, the order had not been shipped, and there was no tracking info at their link for same. I called them directly and was treated more rudely than Id ever been treated by a merchant. Worst customer service ever; shocking, actually. I cancelled my order and disputed the charge with AMEX.
They never sent me a confirmation email, after 3 wks I called and was treated abruptly and promised the items (Including Manuka honey) would reach me that Sat. Nope. I got a notification from UPS that some shipment from Discount Natural Foods should be delivered 5/29/18 So I called again and a lady checked and came back from putting me on hold and said someone would have to track the package and call me. Verified number, but when I asked if I should have gotten some email in the first place she said "we send you an email when it's shipped." I said all I got was a UPS notification and she said "I have to go" and hung up.
On 5/17/18 I ordered 4 jars of manuka honey and rec'd only 3 jars. The invoice stated backorder with no info about when to expect the 4th jar. I called vitaglow and spoke to a very rude person who said it was back ordered and would be mailed. No specific date was given. Person who answered the phone never even took my name or checked the info. Asked me what more do I want. Vitaglow had no problem charging me for the 4th jar which I did not receive. I called the bank and did a charge back; the company cannot bill your credit card for merchandise not received. Very unprofessional and disreputable.
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I made an order with this company on 4/23/17, and as soon as i clicked ORDER, i got charged for the full amount even though they did not have 1 of the items i ordered. There i started with the ordeal of following up with this company. It seems Mike is the owner, as some reviewers have noted, and he's also the sales person, who is very rude. At first he lied and said he will refund my money, but he never did. I followed up with multiple emails and phone calls, but the answer had always been the same - that he will refund. A year later and still i did not get my money back. Instead i was told I had to make new purchase so he can credit my credit card for the money he owed me a year ago. On 4/23/18, exactly a year later, i gave in and ordered something which i didn't need, but what choice did i have? I felt i was totally bullied into the whole situation. On top of that, Mike was again rude on the phone and said i did NOT follow his instructions and so i was being punished to pay for shipping!
If you want to give your business to this company, you better PRAY hard that no complications in the purchase or shipping, otherwise you will never see the products you ordered or your money back! Buyers beware.
I received my order and it was not the product that matched the description on the website... my order was over $100 worth of product that did not match the description and i called immediately and the man was rude, he did not even stop to listen to the issue that the product description was misleading and that it is important because i have health issues and allergies SO ingredients are a serious and big issue... he HUNG UP on me! I WILL UPDATE and hopefully have positive feedback when they resolve this issue... i just want them to send a prepaid shipping label to send their misrepresented product BACK to THEM and get my $125 back!
Please do not purchase from these people. I recently purchased Solaray Beetroot Juice from them because it was cheap. The juice was spoiled when I received it so I called them. The customer service guy I talked to was arrogant from the start then informed me it was not there problem and told me to contact the manufacture. He then hung up on me.
Answer: They should be prosecuted, shut down and made to pay every loss back. How are they getting away with this kind of business practice. How in the world has this gone on so long?
