The company's reputation is significantly marred by widespread customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to poor customer service and technical issues related to redeeming rewards. Many customers report frustration with expired cards, unresponsive support, and difficulties accessing funds. While a few users have had positive experiences with successful redemptions, these are overshadowed by the prevailing sentiment of incompetence and perceived dishonesty. Overall, the company appears to struggle with reliability and effective communication, leading to a lack of trust among its customer base and prompting numerous complaints to regulatory bodies.

Do NOT use these people! Alls they do is bull$#*! you and keep telling me I will receive my money within 24 to 48 hours and it's now been 5 days and still nothing! You can never get ahold of a real person.THEY SUCK!
Do not like this site I seem to have lost my money on Amazon can not find thr code again.not happy with this site at all
They don't take debit cards you got to have a debit card from a bank and then when they tell you that they're going to put you through to another reward center they hang up on you how fake as f***
Well, I like to talk about as soon as I said, one of the clients from surveyjunkie.com and I was rewarded and now they showed me some where to get rewarded to like a third-party and it's called a virtual over here and I'm doing a review and I really do like it that is speed up me receiving my money from SurveyJunkie
I have activated 3 virtual cards and followed the activation instructions and had no issues using the card. I was skeptical the first time, but my worries have been in vain.
I received the email from the virtual reward center and thought that there a frauds. But it turns out that I am rong about them. I received amazon gift cards from them 4times and got it all. 15 dirham twice. 75 dirham 2. I am soo happy
When you write them they send you a list of the types of businesses that refuse their "cards" but are unwilling to even given you the names of 3 nationally based charities that will accept them. Avoid the Virtual Rewards Center "credit cards" completely. By the way, do not select this option if your do Survey Junkie surveys. (They won't stand up with you on this for some reason).
1. They didn't send an actual card
2. Can't link it to any other cards like cashapp or vinmo
3. There's a list of fees so the client won't recieve a full amount anyways
4. Doesn't answer emails. It rejects it.
5. Even online transactions may not go through
6. Received the reward 11/15/22. Can't access it still
7. Has a long list of places where you can't use the benefit.
8. If any provider actually paid these people to pay out to anyone you were scammed.
9. Bob D. This isn't the Amazon gift card review thread. It's for the Virtual rewards "debit" card. Put your happy review in Amazon where it belongs.
10. As I mentioned the word "debit", that means these people have all the participant's personal information in their data banks to make cards in our name.
11. Get ready to file against fraud and identity theft.
12. Investigators will have fun with this.
I took a survey about a company I use for work. VRC sent me an email with a link to a $20 Amazon gift card. I followed the directions exactly, and used the card immediately. No problems. Free $20. Nice. I don't understand what all these other reviews are talking about. It made me worry a bit, but no issues here.
My card expired a few days ago with a large balance on it, I reached out to the team to see if there was anything that could be done and they refused to do anything. Based on the other reviews, it looks like there is no incentive to help as they basically want the expiration date to run out so they can keep the money. Filed a complaint with www.consumerfinance.gov/Complaint.
I received this as a prize in a survey, They claim you can use the card everywhere and no one will take it. False advertising they claim you can used the cards online or in stores but it will not work in any store. She you contact them they tell you you can only use it online. Tried using it online for something and because the total with tax came to $4.63 more than the hundred dollars it gets declined. They claim you can split the sale so if you use it for more than the face value you still can buy stuff but that is a lie too. This place needs to be put out of business. Trying to find a way to place a complaint with the BBB but they keep any info off the internet so you can't even fiind their location to send the compalit to the proper BBB office. I might see about placing a complaint with a Government organization. Totally a fraud with terrible bussiness practices!
I received an email for a gift card that I was expecting in spam so when I opened it I marked it as safe. Then I clicked the link to get my gift card but nothing happened. Then I moved it to my inbox but still, nothing happened. I contacted this so-called reward center by email. After many emails exchanges, they told me to do what I already did. I have given up with them. They are either some type of a scam or extremely incompetent at what they do.
I earned a virtual reward center card. When I went to make a purchase, this bank declined my purchase. I WORKED HARD AND EARNED MY REWARDS CARD. HOW DARE THESE MOTHER$#*!ERS DECLINE ME FROM BUYING SOMETHING THAT I WANT?! THE NERVE OF THESE MOTHER$#*!ERS. THE OWNERS AND WORKERS SHOULD ALL GO TO HELL.
I was supposed to receive a visa card via a redemption link from this fraudulent company. The email went to junk mail and I was only able to find it after a while only to learn that the link "has expired" and they stole all the money. They don't pickup the phone *******815 that by the way is not listed on their website and the email support repeated that the link has expired. Can someone explain how in the world the money "have expired"? Last time I checked money had no expiration date.
All in all seems like a totally sham operation and if I won't get any satisfaction from them I will have to sue them.
They promised Rs 500 amazon gift card for filling up a survey form. But got nothing. I contacted support but no response either
This organization/business/flimflam is the closest thing I have ever seen to compare to the Democratic party and their quest for ruling power. No way will you ever be able to get them to fulfill any obligations unless it is to another twister of truth, and we will be the payee. I was awarded a 5.00 credit card voucher with so many restrictions I cannot redeem unless I let them keep the money. I cannot even donate the money to the Salvation Army!
This is a 3rd party site. It was forwarded to me from a points app I use on my phone to redeem gift cards. This 3rd party totally wiped my points I redeemed and now trying to say my email is invalid.
NOT RECOMMENDED!
It's basically a scam where the rewards center and the corporate entity that paid for the reward cards split any and all money that is left on the cards after expiration. They get around expiration not being legal on a gift card by calling it a reward card. It's all a big scam many of my employees have lost thousands of dollars after receiving cards they weren't aware expired within a month of receipt.
Followed the steps to get my virtual card - but no card. Kept getting told the problem was on my end, wrong browser, wrong device, etc. Tried on 2 mobile devices, 2 desktop computers, 3 different browsers - nothing. So now they say they'll get back to me next week sometime - right! Sure you will! Either dishonest or just totally incompetent.
I sent my older iPad in under Apples trade in program which is through another company. I recieved a gift card from Virtural Reward Center in the amount agreed to for my old iPad. I tried using the gift card to order a new iPad but Apple would not accept the gift card. BEWARE OF APPLRS TRADE IN PROGRAM!
Answer: Email only, they do reply on EST time. So if you need help on the west coast it is not the best.
