I was sent the wrong item and have left two messages with customer service, but have not recceived a call back

I ordered a Sweatshirt and was sent a T-shirt. Rather expensive trade off since the latter do not cost near what I paid.

Not happy!

The t-shirt looks good but has a *really* strong chemical smell. I emailed Viral Style asking permission to try to wash the shirt to remove the smell or should I just return it.
No reply whatsoever.
I think their service philosophy is, "Take your money and run."

Awesome I wish the other shirt companies were like you and the way you guys mail mail and stuff and let people know when they're coming I have a shirred him ordered from someone and it's almost a year and I still haven't received it yet your company is awesome

Shirt ran very small. Ordered the orange T-shirt and color is beautiful, but the printing was/is a murky beige and hardly able to read. Not at all like the picture. Sent email. Never heard back.

I ordered a shirt and it was supposed to arrive by 12/26 and so far it has not. I sent an email to the company to inquire and have not had any response. Not a good way to run a business

Ordering my merchandise was extremely easy on their website. I received my package in a timely manner and the quality of the product was great!

The hoodie is a good quality and it fits as expected. I was disappointed in the long delay for delivery. It did not arrive for Christmas which was my hope.

Purchased two different t-shirts. The first arrived and was correct. The second arrived almost a week later and it was not the shirt I ordered. I will need to contact someone to find out the process to get the correct shirt...

They sent me a completely different shirt then I tried to call and they don't even have a customer service phone it just says leave a message and they will email you and 3 days later they still haven't emailed a response

Very efficient, no problems, got what I wanted and in good time. Actually T-Shirt was delivered before date expected. Would order from them again.

I paid $35 dollars for a crappy T-shirt. The logo on it is so sloppy that I can't wear it. This is a lie, the photo looks sharp and nice, the logo on the shirt I received is uneven, the colors are not continuous. Uncolored spots can't be missed from near or far.

Ordered t-shirts and got them on time, which is great! Good quality merchandise. I was afraid it would take months to get here, but only took two weeks.

First gift came damaged, so I decided to buy a second mug. Second mug was not damaged. If I remember correctly, the first shipment was missing bubble wrap which is why the first mug was broken.

I ordered a t-shirt and a poster toward the beginning of December. I just received the t-shirt yesterday and haven't heard about the poster yet. The payment was cashed right away though.

Brutus Buckeye and I are very happy with the quality of the shirt. The graphics are high quality and the shirt is true sized. The order process was easy. Delivery could have been a bit faster.
