You reach out to the company and they don't ever respond back to you so I don't know if I'll ever get my money back.
The shirt is nice. But it was promised to be delivered by Christmas and wasn't. Pretty disappointing.
I made a mistake in my order and email the company. They responded in a timely manner and modified my order. Shipping was fast and I was provided a tracking number to follow it. Highly recommended.

Ordered large. Too small. Wont exchange for size, defective merchandise only. Ridiculous. Will not order from Viralstyle again.
The print quality is not the same as what is advertised. Print color is faded and outlines of images are jagged.
Not good. Ordered one item and attempted to order a second one wanting the second item sent to another address. Was unable to modify order. Attempted to live chat but no response. Sent an email requesting cancellation, no response. Called a telephone number provided got answer service. Left my information, no response. Both items arrived at first address. Not good, they were gifts for persons in different cities. Disappointed and unsatisfied.
Letters are not straight across. Screen print looks faded instead of clear. Disappointed in quality.
I don't think the website was very clear in setting delivery expectations. I ordered on December 10 and it looked like it was going to ship in time for Christmas... unfortunately we just received it on January 4 (despite saying that it shipped on December 22).
Fortunately hubby likes the shirt. Otherwise the rating would be lower.
Was told my order would be delivered Dec 20th. Did not arrive until after Christmas. The saying is crooked on the mug. Communication was fairly good... but I was not happy to find out they wait until they have enough orders to even print the mugs. So I guess that added more time. 5 weeks to get a simple coffee mug? Not likely to order from this company again.
Love the design, but execution was terrible. Silk screen came out very blobby and almost couldnt tell what it was supposed to be
Also paid for "premium" tshirt, but did not seem like it. Very cheap and poor fit

A Facebook friend brought to my attention the opportunity to order a High School T-Shire. I graduated some 60 years ago and figured it would still be great to have finally found a way to get a High School T-Shirt. I placed the order, gave payment info and in a flash my order was completed. I was not even supposed to be shipped until January 5,2019 and then I received an e-mail telling me it was already shipped, ahead of schedule, and I actually received it January 3,2019. Fabulous Service!
The mug came in perfect condition, the writing and illustration on it were flawless, and all in all, was a good purchase.
Bought as gifts said won't be available for Christmas however came soon after Easy ordering. Secure payments and fast shipping will order again
