Having just parted with £42,00 for Fatface items, they give you a bogus tracking number, also never answer their emails you send! Absolutely not legit, I should have known it was to good to be true...bunch of Thieves!
My daughter ordered from them: Horribly long shipping wait only to get the wrong shoe. When she requested exchange, they were rude and uncooperative stating it wouldn't be worth the shipping cost.
Don't do business with this scammy site.
I went to Simply Vera Wang website and ordered a pair of capris. Received and email from this site with a confirmation of my order. I have emailed 3 times-I have never received the capris. I would have given 0 stars but it wouldn't let me! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I purchased a pair of "chaco" sandals, thinking that this was an outlet website of sorts. I obviously should have looked at store reviews before I clicked purchase, but had reviewed the return policy, and expected I could return the item if it didn't work out. Instead, not only did I receive the wrong item, the shoes were a very poor quality knock off. When I tried to return them, since they were NOT the item I purchased, I received several unhelpful emails, and then would have needed to pay for return shipping--over $30--for receiving THE WRONG ITEM--and am not sure I would ever see a refund. TOTAL SCAM!
Do not order from them. This is a total scam. They will write you back with a fake tracking number from a fake shipment company.
