I ordered a sweatshirt from this site and it came with the logo not centered and very bad quality. It looked like an iron-on plastic patch that was slapped on a sweatshirt. The logo was also very blurry. I asked for a refund because the logo was not centered and the quality was bad. They told me they would refund my money but that was a month ago and I still haven't received my refund and now they stopped responding to my emails! Do Not buy from this site if you are looking for a quality product and good customer service.

Website was good. Had multiple problems trying to pay for my order. Took almost 2 weeks and much frustration to finally place my order

Two of my items were mixed up and were the wrong sizes for them. I was able to talk to someone and they were able to help me with the situation but I don't think I'm going to be able to get these items before Christmas.

These designs are absolutely amazing! No one else out there is offering these on so many different options of products. But. Considering the fact that the print on the shirt I received is a DTF (direct to film) transfer it should've gotten shipped a lot quicker. No set up time, just print the film and press. Was disappointed to see it was a transfer after waiting that long. Doesn't mean I won't order in the future.

When placing the order Dec 2nd it stated that most orders were completed within 3 days I needed this item for a gift for a party on Dec 16th. After not receiving this within a week I sent an email and tried to chat with the company asking the status. I received no information back from the company until the day before it was delivered on Dec 16th. By that time I had bought another gift as I felt like it was not to arrive on time. More communication from the company would have helped tremendously!

The material is fine but the printing is so thick it will start cracking. I thought the design would be printed into the shirt instead of heat pressed on.

I ordered 3 items Dec3. And I finally got them Dec21

The shipping was a little slow once it got to Illinois for some reason. The sweatshirt was enjoyed by my son in law. The other 2 tshirts haven't been given out yet!

Order placed 11/28, arrived 12/22. Talk about cutting it close. Zero response to email or 'chat'.

Quality of the product is point on. The ease of ordering as well. I deducted one star only because not until I reached out to customer service for a status update did my order actually ship. I understand transit times and seasonal ordering but I ordered in ample time. Communication that my order was prepared and shipped would have been appreciated.

I've ordered multiple times over the years and the recipients have always enjoyed the gifts. I think it's a great 'experience' gift and a fun way to support local businesses.

I ordered a couple items for my husband for Christmas. The sweatshirt and socks I ordered with very nice. My only issue was a bit with the customer service side. The website states that most orders go out within a couple business days. After approximately 10 days, I contacted customer service for an update, totally understanding the delay due to the holiday season. I received no response. After another few days of waiting for my package (tracking said it was preparing for shipment), I contacted the company again. It took me stating I would contact my credit card service for a cancellation of payment if I didnt hear back to receive a response, and to have the actual order show up an hour later as shipped.

I bought 2 sweaters in 12/12. Website said they would ship within 3-4 days. It's now 12/21 and no information has been received about expected delivery/tracking. This is a scam.
