I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/10. According to the site it stated that it would be delivered before Christmas. I tried several times to reach out to them to find out what after almost 2 weeks the shirt had not yet shipped. It was not until I found an email for one of the partners did I get a response. The shirt finally shipped on the 20th with usps. It was not delivered until the 26th. When it finally did ship, I got another email that stated it shipped and it was no longer their problem. I would be very cautious before ordering
Ordered these for my sons for Christmas; they arrived on time which was perfect. The shirts are magnificent; printing takes quite some time, but shipping was quick once printed. I got worried they wouldn't arrive in time and reached out to Vintage for an update, but never heard anything back at all so dinged for customer service.
I found something I liked for my dad and was promised delivery by 12/24, so I ordered. Instead I received the item on 12/26- after Christmas. I sent an e-mail to customer service and received no reply. I will not use this brand again.
Everything was relatively quick and easy and most important of all, my husband loves his shirt!
I didn't hear back from customer service, but my order was in the mail the following day after emailing them. I ordered my items on December the 9th. They were Christmas gifts. They were not shipped until I sent an email stating I didn't receive them, which was on December 21st or 22nd. I was very lucky that I received them on December 24th, though. They were sent via regular mail.
I was excited to find my team and school! Unfortunately, when I received the hoodie, it was very subpar! The hoodie material is thin. The vinyl iron on is the worst! It's thin and actually crunchy! I was so disappointed! I actually think I could do a better job myself!

Bummer I did not know I could do exchanges. The one I bought was to small. I ordered a bigger size and then was gonna ship mine for return but i cant find on the website where that info is. I wish you offered more selections

It was easy to order and pay, but delivery took about a week longer than expected, and it wasn't easy to contact customer service to find out what the delay was. It also took customer service 3 days to respond. The products were as expected (good quality), and that's what matters most.
I ordered two weeks ago and it shows still printing, though I was given a 3 day quote until the item ships. No response from their customer service, though I have reached out twice. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but that time has come and gone. Do not order from here!
