I ordered a Bengals shirt. I received confirmation they received my order and would send an email when it was shipped. I never received an email about shipment until I contacted them. It was then shipped later that day. It came quickly after that and arrived before Christmas. I think my order was misplaced considering how quickly it came after contact.

Great gear, but they never really told me when it was coming I was confused
Initially I was excited when I ordered a shirt with a 1980 Kentucky University Wildcat, I received it and I'm extremely disappointed. The quality of the shirt is poor and the Kentucky Wildcat iron-on has a plastic feel with a crinkle sound when touching it. Instead of the Kentucky blue color it should be, it looks purple! Buy from somewhere else!

I was told that the item would be here in 3-5 business days when I paid for the item on the December 10th. But didn't get a confirmation email 10 days later on the 20th. Then got the package on the 26th. So I'm glad I still got the product but was disappointed on hold long it took for it to get here.
I ordered a long sleeve t shirt and a hoodie. The t shirt was perfect, but the screen print on the hoodie looks bubbled up. My son will still wear it, but disappointed in the quality.
I emailed a couple times regarding shipping because I ordered them in early Dec, but never received an email back about my concerns. I did receive my package prior to Christmas like the website said!

I found the site, I found what I was looking for, I bought it, it was delivered. Done.
While your website and emails suggest an item will be printed within 3 business days after an order is received, this didn't happen. My Dec. 10 order was not confirmed printed until Dec. 20 -- eight business days after the order was placed. My Dec. 17 order is still pending, now nine days after it was placed. These were holiday gifts and late in the case of the Dec. 10 order and likely to be late in the case of the Dec. 17 order. The products are great, but the delay without any warning is very disappointing.
