I paid $20 for their vin lookup service. There was so much information missing that it was worthless to me. $20 wasted. Avoid!
No maintenance records, little real data, a waste of money! Essentially a content free report that you have to pay for.
Upon reading the other reviews I found the same type of scam they referred to. A potential buyer from Auto Trader sent me a link to the vincheckup page "just for my convenience" lol here is my message from Hannah Banks; I'm interested in checking out the vehicle in person and would like to schedule an appointment. When's a good time for me to swing by? Also, do you have any maintenance records handy?
If you've got a history report, could you send it my way? If not, please pull one so I can be sure about its true condition. I had a bad experience before with a seller hiding damage info, so I'm playing it safe.
Once I've seen the vehicle and everything checks out, I'm ready to make payment—whatever works for you, whether it's at your bank or another method.
By the way, if it helps, you can get a report online at https://vincheckup.info/vin for under 12 bucks. I used it a while back when I sold mine.
