I had a very smooth, easy, process of receiving the items that I did whilst working with the "Viking Cycle" brand via Livia! She was very quick to respond, and answered any question I had, even with sizing, and certain pricing concerns. She was very kind and considerate while talking to me, and if Livia is the Epitome of the "Viking Cycle" Brand, and their Customer Service and sales department, then I can most definitely see myself working with them again in the future. I have no complaints, she was fantastic to work with! The Bag seems to have a very sturdy feel, with a VERY smooth zipper almost as if your unzipping a tent, it's like butter! The Jacket is heavy, but in a comforting way, making you feel that if you go down, your going to be ok! Great products, and a fantastic customer relations department to back it up =)

I recently ordered a new from Viking Cycles and had it shipped to my door super fast. I was pleased with the customer service that I had received as well. I can't say enough good things about VikingCycle. Joseph Lampson was great to work with, he was very Responsive with questions and speediness of getting my Rowdy Women's Leather Motorcycle Vest to me. The Vest fits so good and is extremely comfortable. Its not too snug that you can't wear a flannel under it and yet not too big to Rock without a flannel as well. I love all the pockets and the ties on the side make it conforming. I HIGHLY recommend VikingCycle!
