Used to be fun & a way to earn some free gift certificates or movies. Then Perk bought them & took a huge dump on us, the users. Our points are now worth jack sh*t. The system for earning points while watching TV is completely useless, constantly locking up & totally cheating you out of your points. I watched a 30 minute show & only got 2 points because of this. It's so infuriating knowing what it used to be & what it could be. Perk sucks. Don't waste your time.

This app used to be great. You could buy music, giftcard, and movies reasonably. Other than a few crashes, the app was decent. NOW, with HORRIBLE consumer service I am ready to delete the app despite my accumulated points. Their twitter and email support is horrendous. They offer little to no help and come off rude and sarcastic. After inquiring about my missing redemption codes, both viggle twitter handles have blocked me and they don't respond to emails AT ALL All of their rewards have been removed except for music and ebooks, in which the point cost has skyrocketed ten times its normal cost. The app CONSTANTLY crashes (almost 25-28 times a week at least) during viggle trivia and after check ins have ended. Don't waste your time or energy, Download another app!

I've used Viggle about 2 years now. They used to have physical items. Now it's just digital media. I was saving up and waiting for something good before they switched to just media. Oh well s*** qhappens. I ended up using 300,000 points to grab 10 full CDs and a handful of singles.

The music downloaded with the Viggle Downloader you have to download. The music showed up in Windows Media Player and transfered to my MP3 no problem.

You are using arbitrary points to download media so I don't know how the guy below me thinks it's overpriced, but I. Get the resentment since he wanted something they don't have anymore.

You hit a button collect up points and get e. Music and books. It doesn't cost a thing and you don't have to hover over the app to get points even if it takes a while. I still use it and think it's worth it since I prefer to get music legally.

I use to love Viggle but with the change and merge with Perk I don't like it... I transferred 60,000 points and till have 40,000 left to transfer a few days later I had trouble with logging in so I reset my password and was unable to get in then I tried again a couple days later my points with the system I had 9000 points and then all of sudden i was unable to login I reset and sent 3 message to support with no response! Not happy so I deleted the app off my phones and tablets just a waste of time now

This app is totally not worth it. There are no products or gift cards to get for your points. Just downloads for music and tv shows an ebooks. Here is my Viggle experience:

So around 8 months ago my account with 700,000+ points was suspended and removed because it was "not in accordance with Viggle's terms of use"... which could only mean I was watching too many ads THEY provided to me and was reaching the daily limit. When I challenged them, they were unable to present to me which term of the user agreement I had actually violated. I guess "too good at earning points through the app we design and provide" is not politically correct.

I have since realized the app is a total waste of time and I just keep it on my phone so I can continue to update my review to tell my story to warn potential downloaders every time Viggle updates their app, aka pressing the reset button on their negative reviews. I did the math and realized when they used to have prizes, I was earning about 20 cents an hour of my time based on prize values--and that was usually maximizing bonus shows, and doing very active things like quizzes, finding new music daily, and watching TONS of ads. I understand that yeah it is a free app, but using an app 5 hours a day for a year to earn around $350 is insanity.

Anyway, I vowed to them to continue telling and spreading my experience until this company is buried, and I got silence from their customer service. I am not surprised their stock value has dropped 86% year to date and is hovering around 0.50.

When Viggle began a number of years ago, it was an interesting concept. Watch TV, get rewarded. Sure there were a number of growing pains, and it was never fun to be a victim of those pains. Yet, the concept was fun and rewarding if you checked into a lot of programming. Then, the rewards began to dwindle. After that, Perk acquired (and/or merged) with Viggle. What seemed promising given the number of rewards available on the Perk platform, soon was sullied by the horrific points conversion from Viggle to Perk. Not only did the Viggle points greatly diminish in value, but a user could only convert 60k points per month on the Perk platform. As a result, if a Viggle user had 600,000 points, it would take the user 10 months to convert their points to Perk. Even further, I recently completed my first Viggle points conversion. For my 60,000 Viggle points, I got roughly 4,000 Perk points. To get a $100 gift card on Amazon, it would take 100,000 Perk points. It doesn't take a math major to realize that your buying power has vastly been diminished from the old to the new and it will take you years of loyal viewing to get a single $100 gift card. Viggle is now a complete sham and it is ridiculous. I have encouraged other users and friends of mine on Facebook to file a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website. Companies like this have no business treating customers like this.

Given the tons of complaints in the PlayStore and on Viggle Facebook, I am very surprised I am the first to review Viggle here at SiteJabber, nonetheless here goes my review:

I stumbled on Viggle via an email I received from Bing. I trust Bing and thought the Viggle app would be great to get giftcards and/gifts for my family. I saw their selection of rewards and was pretty excited to start Viggling!

The app looks good and a user can get points by watching tv-shows, listening to music, and participating in Football or other trivia games.

The FRAUD: there is NOTHING anymore as far as rewards, except Viggle and Twizzler T-shirts or digital movies, music and books.

When a company has to add FAKE 5 star Reviews in the PlayStore, it's time to shut it down.

The promise of Giftcards is an utter joke. In the few months I have used this app, I haven't seen a giftcard. According to some posts on FB, a mysterious giftcard may appear around 7,8 and 9 and are gone in seconds. I find those posts hard to believe. Not to mention, I find it pretty sad a company issues 1 giftcard? To its millions of users?

Their "customer support" does not exist except for "Robo Responses" that never deal with the question except to say "your message will be forwarded on".

According to all the complaints I have seen online, Viggle has at least a 3 year history of scamming and conning its viewers. In addition, a 2.7 rating by their own employees at GD.

Had I seen a review at SiteJabber, I would of steered away and not wasted a few months of time on a worthless app such as Viggle.

I look forward to seeing more reviews here from others.
