Did a review of tape painting product, survey. Etc. The "broker" who was retained did a follow survey which I completed. When I did not receive any reward from the company, I contacted the director for Viewpoint Forum, was told did not complete the follow-on product survey, no accountability on the person's part, said it was "broker managed", Viewpoint Forum "record" shows day(s)? Where I entered the survey, did not complete which I did carefully with a single session/completion message. Followed up with the directions asking for a final survey, but the director in charge could not provide, even though clearly in the directions received with the sample (tape). The director in charge took the position that it is my fault despite the effort to do taping, painting, pictures, notes and do a completion, follow-up survey. Beware! Viewpoint Forum, their attitude, lack of customer service - complete waste of valuable time...
