Whenever I need domestic or international shipments for my office and personal use, I use Fedex - they are dependable and work well with automated shipping . used to the "others" they are simply better. That said, switching some of the parcels to Amazon with great success!

The coffee is somewhat acceptable, but the sandwiches are very good - if you are on the go, traveling both domestically or internationally, a good consistent place to grab something or have a meeting. Google Wifi is ok, not secured (open). It seems like the loyalty program requires more and more stars for free coffee, sandwiches - meaning they have really amped the marketing program, reduced the rewards.

What is going on with UPS - they are really declining.... cannot keep delivery dates for our business and personal, and the last mile thing???? with USPS... no tracking visibility and then a transfer to the "local post office" -- takes again days. I cannot depend on them for accurate shipment information, when calling to discuss, it is like stone ears over and over. So, less business and shipments to them, though I truly they care that much. And of course, up charging for packages is not helpful either. Really odd, as they used to be great, but now loosing my business...

No true visibility tracking a parcel either sent through my business or personal. The local post office has no idea, and the automated system is hopefully improving. Hand off between UPS and USPS - UPS Sure Post takes 2 - 4 days longer with no reliable dates. Sad to say, but Amazon seems at this point to be a lot more reliable, my department is going more and more to Amazon. Perhaps someone from both USPS and UPS will read this and do something.....

Update to last review on Shopping Mall Hawaiian Points
After filling out a form for Consumer Affairs, bounced back to a customer service agent who finally recommended escalating back to Consumer Affairs, new call number (after two others recommended). Received notification it takes weeks to researchas backlog is now weeks - sounds like a pattern here??? No end in sight for resolution at this point.

EWARE HAWAIIAN AIR SHOPPING MALL!!! This should be read by a person EVP Customer Service, COO or CEO. As a executive of a Seattle company, if I received this, I would be mortified. Yes, there is an Incident Number *******00147 - if someone takes the time to review you can see the event log. After mutiple conversations with customer support,over and over told to wait until 6 weeks, 45 days, etc etc, today called in again, to find out they cannot help at all - stonewalling? When I wrote Customer Affairs, assured by the agent, a person in the executive office would see, respond, request sent back to an agent!
I have given up on the Hawaiian Shopping Mall, use a competitor airline mall which actually works. The first /only time I used the online mall was on 8/7/2019. Verified it was a current session to Macy's on 8/7/2019No miles credited (rate of 1.5 miles per $1). After four contacts, I patiently waited to contact you per your recommended 4 -6 weeks. I refuse to use the Mall until credit is applied, zero credibility as first experience truly worthless exercise to track mileage reimbursement for over this period of time. I decided to track more on the principle to see if you actually fix during the 4-6 week period you have cited in 4 mails - not impressed at all. I use a competitor airline mall regularly , actually works for mileage credit!

You really need to get your act together, as this has been a total waste of my time. I finally decided to set Outlook reminders for dates, times so I could minimize my time. So what do I want? Fix whatever is broken!!

After several years of using e-Rewards, getting a fair number of rewards, I had 900 points in my account, suddenly was terminated with no recourse, discussion. I attempt to answer questions in the survey completely and accurately, somehow they decided to simple close the account. I would advise people to stay away from the site, potentially loose lots of points as I did!

2 months and counting-qualified for 2000 miles ($100) award on site.Did not appear even after 6 week waiting period. Contacted customer service, told "working on it"; now 2 months no credit. Not only the 2000 miles, also IMMENSE wasted time. RIPOFF!

I ordered shoes and linen slacks in July, both at my regular sizes. Neither fit, so the next day I packaged with the Cubavera return label, delivered to the local post office. It has been weeks since I returned, with no return credit. When I call, they say to wait for another few days, week, then see what happens??!! This has been going on for a month, and still no refund, word on the return. I have ordered many things from their site, like their cloths, first return. Their internal systems are broken and I would really caution anyone from returning product. And on top of that, nothing fit which started this entire process!

I have ordered many items from this site - and always seem to get tangled up with the delivery and shipping dates. Customer service reps do not know where the package is at, tracking information (post expedited) is non-existent. Yes, the package has finally arrived, but never know when, how, etc... I do not intend to order anything more from this site, would advise to stay away if you want to understand when the shipment arrives (or not?)...
