I recently traveled from Thailand to Vietnam with a U.S. passport. Due to a mixup with knowing the Process since my wife is a Thai a citizen. We were checking in for the flight when my wife and step daughter were checked, I was denied. Vietnamimmigration.com is not a offical organization, maybe a terrible agency.
Unreasonable price, they are swindling money out of customers.

I realised that my previous multiple visa was still valid upon arrival of Ha Noi. I wrote to the company. Steven replied immediately that he would give me a free visa next time I apply. I contacted a month later and got my free visa and VIP service! This co has very good service and always helps their clients in whatever way they can! A very quick responsive service provided by the company! I would recommend them to whoever wants to apply for the arrival visa!

I have used a lot of visa procurement companies and for the most part they have been good, however, this company is by far the best.
